Not the important show it used to be. I now know what I'll be doing first thing in the morning on my birthday. Sleeping, because I'm not intrested in t5his.

This will be a show where all the minor feuds get finished. So you can expect a Kingston/Birchill Intercontinental title match. Neither is getting on a PPV anytime soon so this would be the best place to finish up. You'll get a little slice of Santnio. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if the big boys don't have much of an impact. But I do think this will be the show where Kane puts on the mask again, or gets burned. Just in time for SummerSlam.

Oh and Jenny McCarthy is there. Only 10 years after people thought she was hot.

I'm in agreement with you that it's completely likely this show will be used to push all the small feuds.

Intercontinental Championship: Kofi Kingston (c) v. Paul Burchill: I doubt Burchill takes home the gold, but it should be a nice 10 minute long opener. I'd honestly like to see Burchill win the Championship, but the midcard division on Raw is honestly so shit right now that it doesn't serve any purpose for a heel to carry the Championship, when they currently out-number the faces.

Burchill couldn't feud with anyone other than possibly Mysterio, and just thinking about the contrast in styles there makes me see botches all over the place. Still, Kingston v. Burchill in a rematch should be better than the first. Make it a street fight.

World Tag Team Championships: Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes (c) v. Cryme Tyme: Neither team is big enough, or good enough, to get onto the Summerslam p.p.v. card, so it's very likely this match will end up taking place here. Just like I said regarding the Intercontinental title, the same holds true here. No sense in giving the titles to Cryme Tyme when they wouldn't have anyone to defend them against.

Another sub. match would be Jerry Lawler & Hacksaw Jim Duggan and that would mean Cryme Tyme might actually make the Summerslam p.p.v. against DiBiase & Rhodes.

Women's Championship: Mickie James (c.) v. Katie Lea Burchill: Will Katie actually become the first English bred female to win the Women's Championship? I say yes, only so Mickie can reclaim it on the following Monday or possibly Summerlsma and continue on her way to becoming better than Trish Stratus. (on paper, anyways)

Diva's Championship: Michelle McCool (c) v. Natalya: This match sucked at the Great American Bash, but it served the purpose it was meant for. McCool made history and won't be capable of being forgotten as this Championship's first holder. Since that was the only note-worthy thing McCool being Champion is seemingly good for.. Natalya can take her Championship now.

Other Ideas: Like you, I can also see Kane remasking here to end the show. Kane will come out and squash Punk, just in time for Kane to win the World Heavyweight Championship for Summerslam via being more dominate through remasking.

I'm completely thinking some type of Edge v. Vickie Guerrero match will end up happening here. Don't know why, but something of that nature is almost guaranteed. If not here, then definately Summerslam.

No way we'll get out of not seeing a 6 Man Tag Team war of some kind, with the Summerslam headliners.

Perhaps.. C.M. Punk, Triple H. & Finlay v. Mark Henry, J.B.L. & The Great Khali.

LOL. Don't forget that she was there actually 12 years ago at Mania 11. She just got outshined by Pamela.

Anyway, this show will suck for the most part. I'm sure they'll put the audience through AT LEAST 30 minutes worth of segments showing WWE wrestlers interacting with people who have Autism, amoung other things along those lines. I hate when they do that boring shit. Great cause, don't get me wrong, but damn it's boring as hell.

As far as matches go, I'm sure we'll get Cena vs. JBL in a cage or something like that. They need to put some sort of closure to the one on one stuff before they have the big match at Summerslam between all the championship contenders.

Most likely we'll get Hacksaw and Lawler taking on Cody and Ted on this show.

Maybe we'll get HBK vs. Cade. Something similar to HBK vs. Shane McMahon from Saturday Night's Main Event from a couple of years ago, though not half as entertaining.

And I'm not sure what CM Punk, or any of the Smackdown guys will do. Hopefully something halfway decent if I decide to watch.

I agree with that Kofi vs. Birchill will happen if we keep seeing Kane/Batista fued and if they want Cena to face Punk for the title at SS. They could have Batista/Cena vs Punk/Kane , but then theres JBL. If Cena is not involved in the SS Title match and JBL is and Batista and Kane have a match where will he be at SS or Staurday Night's Main Event?

Saturday Night's Main Event will probably end up finishing all the mini-feuds like most people on this thread said.

They will probably have Hacksaw and Jerry team up and take on DiBiase and Rhodes.We'll probably have the "Old Men" win here.

We'll probably have a IC Match w/ Cade and Kofi and Cade picking up the win after interfernce from Burchill.

Also they will have another Fatal 4 Way between Kane,JBL,Cena,and Batista w/ Kane winning and heading into SummerSlam going for the WHC.

Yeah nothing of too much importance here, although I do like these Saturday Night Main Events as they are a change to the normal programing. So, we will see some fueds continued and some smaller fueds ended.

Kofi Kingston vs. Paul Burchill. After pinning Kofi Burchill should get his shot here in a one on one bout. Not neccessarily for the title, but that would be a bonus. I don't think it will be for the title, and if it's not then Burchill will win.

Mickie James vs. Katie Lea Burchill. If the above match isn't a title bout, then this one will. It will be one way or the other, most likely not both on the line. Either way, I see Katie Lea winning here. But if Katie wins the title Mickie will most likely in a rematch.

Batista vs. Kane. Just throwing this one out there, because it seems the SS will be Cena vs. Batista, they may want to finish off the Kane vs. Batista debarkle here. So as it has been said, the "What's in the Bag" may be revealed here.

Morrison vs. Miz. If the fued has escalated to the point of this team breaking up by then, I suspect this match will be included.

Other Things: I am guessing a Jeff Hardy match of some sort, maybe a Regal match as well. A possible Kennedy vs. Umaga feud. Beth Phoenix and her passionate Italian lover Santino might make a show as well.

Meh I'm not excited for this event one bit. I won't be watching it as I'm sure I wont be home that night but I'm sure as hell there is no way I'm taping the event. The last one sucked from what I could remember. The last few have been really bad in my opinion. No good matches ever happen at the event and if you miss it, you literally miss nothing at all. The only purpose it serves is advancing storylines and it usually doesn't do a good job at that either!

With that being said, this is time for the young guns to shine. Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, Morrison, Miz, Kofi Kingston, Paul Birchill should all be in matches along with maybe a divas match. You can also expect a Mark Henry match possibly against Dreamer. The main event should be a tag match involving guys like Kane, Chris Jericho and Khali against guys like CM Punk, Big Show and Jeff Hardy. Don't expect much from the main event as it is almost never good.

They should really just change the name of this show to Saturday Night Suckfest, cause I fully expect it to that bad, why wouldn't I when everyone they've done since bringing the show back has been absolutely terrible, I mean TNA puts on a better show than SNME for fuck sake, I really don't expect there to be a lot of matches on the card maybe three or four but that's about it, We'll get the six man inter brand tag match that Will hit on, Trips, Matt, & Punk vs. Khali, Henry, & JBL (or whoever they have facing Punk at SummerSlam), you'll probably get Mickie vs. Katie for the women's title, maybe Kofi vs. Burchill for the IC title, but I also see a Tag match with Jeff Hardy & Kennedy vs. MVP & Umaga, the rest of the show will just be promos, lots and lots of promos, you'll get you Edge/Taker promo/segment, possibly a Highlight reel, and then of course we get to see Jenny McCarthy and her fight against autism, which I could give a shit less about, and will take up a good half hour, hell I wouldn't be surprised if they have her take on "autism" in match, I can just see some Indy guy walking down to the ring dressed up as "Autism", this is WWE afterall

SNME will never be what it used to, but heres and idea make this a free show for mid carders, I mean you may need a headliner for starpowermabey the WWE could se what would happen if no headliners would be involved give the midcarders a chance to shine and see if they might be ready, but i digress. I would want a match between McCool and Natalya for the divas title or as i like to call it "The fake title they made for McCool cause Mickie couldnt drop the Womans Title to a girl from Smackdown!" we could se Natalya winning and calling herself the best woman's champ ever drawing the ire of Mickie James leading to a unification match at Summerslam (wishful thinking) other than that we see Kofi v. Burchill, Young v. Old tag match, possibly Benjamin v. Jeff Hardy, and Santino dose his thing like always
