Astaroth is a monster with a very large hammer. Van Helsing has experiences in these matters. Both beings are very efficient at what they do. Will Astaroth's pure power and durability be able to overwhelm Van Helsing? Or will Van Helsing's dealings with the undead propel him to victory?

I may be nitpicking here, but doesn't the bio say Astaroth was "created" by a cult and brought in from another world? Wouldn't one or both of those things kind of disqualify him for the "human" category?

What about the heightened abilities as a result of resurrection? Those are not exactly natural abilities anymore.

Van Helsing makes a living battling the undead and other occult monsters. Astaroth is right up that alley. He is a golem summoned by a cult. Helsing deals with shit like that in his sleep.

Van Helsing has dealt with the undead, for God's sake. Astaroth is a summoned monster? Really? Helsing constantly deals with that shit.
