It better happen (at least with Clemens, A-Rod, and eventually McGwire and maybe Palmeiro).

The rules didn't say no steroids, so they didn't cheat. It's no worse then guys corking bats, stealing signs, using other drugs, etc back in the day. You can't tell me that Clemens doesn't belong in the hall because he used something that wasn't against the rules at the time that made him a better player.
