I'm pretty sure the Hoosiers (an electronic-rock band from England) have the record for longest song, 7 hours or so.

MY NAME WILL BE IN THIS SONG. That's all it is, a song of 6 Hours, saying people's name.

The Hoosier's one was a take on their song "Choices", which they renamed "Verses". They got people to write verses which would fit the old song, then sung them.
