I think the problem is that there's no top faces that are over. Nobody likes Reigns. Rollins face turn sucked and he's dull right now. Jericho is probably the most over face right now and he's a heel.

Well, I'm a Reigns fan so that factor doesn't affect my enjoyment as much as it clearly does other fans. That said, Reigns vs Rusev was dragging after CoC and it was clear they were killing time to get to the Cell match.


All that said; It's the main storylines and who the main focus in the main storylines are on that hurts the show more than anything.

Come to think of it, there's no strong hated heels either. The fans like Jericho. They like Owens a bit when he's playing off Jericho. Stephanie is usually in neutral or even almost in face mode and only acts heelish every once in awhile.

Rusev isn't hated because he was going against Reigns.

Charlotte is the only heel that gets people pissed off right now.
