Quick and Easy Sig Request

I was wondering if anyone could take my current sig picture, maybe give it a border, and add the words "R.I.P. 1974-1999" in a font that somewhat resembles the font used for the word "Big L" already in the picture?

Border - Not even sure if that's the correct term, I'm a bit tipsy right now. Basically like the black border you have around your current sig right now.

As for location of text, if possible, right next to the words "Big L".
