He was at Mania which was 3 weeks ago. It's hardly being away. Do they really need to promote somebody coming back from vacation?

Well they promoted him as him recovering & fuming from his loss in MITB.

Which makes little sense because Kennedy didn't take any huge bump in the match (not that I can remember), I mean Shelton Benjamin took the biggest bump in that match and he was on ECW two nights after.

And he was filming some movie.

I also thought it was stupid to hype up Kennedy's return when he wasn't even gone that long.

Kennedy was shooting a movie (Behind Enemy Lines 3) which will go straight to DVD. They used Mania as an excuse so people wouldn't wonder where he was.
