Question About Comics

I found a few comics in my closet (presumably my brother's). I know nothing about comics and he doesn't remember anything about them.

X Man After Xavier: The Age of Apocalypse
Metallo! The Adventures of Superman #546
Ready for the Next Century! Superman #123
It Begins Here! A New Life for Superman #122
Ninjak #1
Prelude 1 Fire from Heaven Sword of Damocles
Web of Spider-Man #1 (tear in top right corner of cover)

Are any of these special/worth anything? I looked up prices but the prices I found ranged widely (one comic had a worth of $2 on one site and $195 on another). I'm guessing these are worth a combined 3 cents.

I had Superman #122/123 for ages if it's the one I'm thinking of about Kandor.

I think that collection will be worth a couple of bucks each.

Web o' Spider might be depending on condition (I have a few in mint, if it's the old Black Spidey cover one I'm thinking of). Is that X-Man one a trade paperback collection or is it a single issue? Not going to make you rich but those single issue AoA ones don't usually do too bad either.
