*The scene opens in a wrestling ring. Two large grapplers are battling it out as the crowd are going crazy. The commentators can be heard*
Comm #1: You really have to give it to Ron Slugger Eric tonight after battling through 3 bouts he is finally in the final of this world championship tournament and he is matching the fresh champion with everything he has
Comm #2: Forget it! The champ is just playing with the Slugger. I give this match another 5 minutes
*Suddenly another wrestlers runs out from behind the curtain. The crowd erupts*
Comm #1: My God! Thats Thats The Sluggers Tag partner and brother John Eric whats he doing here?
Comm #2: Hes gonna cheat thats disgusting . And the fans are cheering as he gets closer to the ring
*Ron Eric rolls out of the ring and begins talking with his tag team partner Suddenly both men walks away from ringside and up the isle towards the curtain as the crowd look on shocked the referee makes the 10 count*
Comm #1: Wha What the??
Comm #2: Umm This isnt supposed Oh Umm Ah I knew hed bottle it What a phoney Champion of the people my foot
*The crowd go quiet as confusion sets in Suddenly a ring announcer climbs in to the ring*
Ring Announcer: Ladies an Gentleman I have had word that Ron Slugger Eric has forfeited the match, as his wife has about to give birth to their baby . So your winner by count out The Master of Disaster
*The crowd boo as the scene fades*

*The scene opens inside a car. The weather outside the vehicle is heavy snow. The windscreen wipers are going at full speed but they are having very little effect on the weather. Sitting in the front passenger seat is a woman while a young boy wearing a wrestling mask is sitting in the back playing with wrestling figures while the wrestler we saw in the previous scene, Ron Eric is driving*
Ron: Hey Yvonne, switch the radio on
*The woman in the passenger seat looks over to The Slugger and smiles warmly*
Yvonne: Cant we turn back?
Ron: Not now This match has been over 10 years in the making finally I have another shot at the world championship This match is what my career is all about
Boy: Dad are you going to win?
*Ron Eric looks over to his son in the back*
Ron: Gene Of course Ill win umm why are you wearing an El hijo mask?
Gene: Because El Hijo is the best
*Gene smiles at his dad as he, himself smiles*
Ron: Cheeky little
Yvonne: Yknow Gene I am sorry
Ron: Sorry for what?
Yvonne: Well The last time it was your chance
Ron: *Smiling* Hey you sentimental old thing that was 10 years ago and 10 years ago I got something better then a world title I got my Genie
Gene: Daaad Its Gene Not Genie
*Ron smiles OUT OF NOWHERE A SPEEDING CAR SKIDS AROUND A CORNER .. SMASH!!!
The camera cuts to outside of the vechile, we see the car roll three times SMASH!!!
The car hits another car*
*The scene fades*

1 hour later
*The scene opens in a busy hospital it is absolute mayhem as a crowd of Doctors rush what looks to be the dead body of a young child on a hospital bed through various corridors*
Doctor #1: How the hell did he survive that?
Doctor #2: His body went through the windshield at the point of the first impact
Doctor #1: So he wasnt involved in the second RTA?
Doctor #2: No, Luckily?
Doctor #3: Will this kid survive??
Doctor #2: I doubt it the next 2-3 hours are vital
Doctor #4: Cant we get that mask off??
*All 4 doctors stop in the middle of the corridor. The first and second doctors slowly try to remove the mask*
Doctor #2: It its stuck?
Doctor #1: where was the body found?
Doctor #2: Near the scene of the explosion
Doctor #1: So so the mask has
Doctor #3: Melted to his face?
*There is a brief moment of silence is suddenly thrown back in to chaos as Genes young body begins to fit*
Doctor #1: My God
Doctor #2: Quick lets get him in to theatre
*Scene fades*

1 Week Later
*The scene opens but we cannot see nothing but black, voices can be clearly heard*
Voice #1: Hows the kid doing?
Voice #2: He is in a deep coma. He is showing brain activity but he is still critical. The fact he is still here is a miracle
..
2 Weeks Later
*The scene opens again but still black*
Voice #1: Is that ?
Voice #2: Yep.. The only survivor of Ron Erics family
Voice #1: I dare you to touch the mask
Voice #2: No way
Voice #1: Youre such a loser

3 Months Later
*The scene opens blank screen only this time things are different. Instead of voices there is a loud cheering and chanting can be heard*
Voice #1: What is this?
Voice #2: its a ladder match there are two belts above the ring and the winner is the first to use a ladder and reach the belts
Voice #1: Whos that guy?
Voice #2: Thats that guys Body guard
Voice #1: ohhh . Umm Why are you watching that in here?
Voice #2: Ive heard that the sound of familier things can help people get out of a coma, This kid is the son of a wrestling legend and the biggest wrestling event of the year is on so it makes sense
Voice #1: ohh
***1 hour Later***
*The crowd noises can still be heard, as can the two voices from earlier cheering loudly at what we now know is a wrestling event on the television, suddenly a door can be heard opening, a womans voice is heard*
Woman: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?
Voice 1: Were watching
Woman: I dont care what youre watching turn it off and get out!
*Footsteps can be heard leaving the room as the men leave. The sound of high heels can be heard walking across the hard floor towards the sound of where the sound of the TV is coming from*
Woman: And this can go off as well
*As the woman switches the TV off Genes body starts violently convulsing, panicking the woman sounds the alarm as the sound of a whole lot of feet can now be heard. The doctors begin pressing their cold stethoscopes touching his skin as the Doctors begin tests one of them accidentally knocks the television back on to the wrestling channel and Genes Body immediately settles back in to its comatose state. A confused silence fills the Room*
Doctor #1: hey John, Switch off that TV
*The TV shuts off and Gene starts convulsing again*
Doctor #1: Switch it back on again
*The TV comes back on and the convulsing stops*
Doctor #1: Change the channel
*The channel is changed and Gene starts convulsing again*
Doctor #1: Change it back . CHANGE IT BACK NOW
*The channel goes back to wrestling and Gene stops*
Doctor #1: Thats amazing his sub-conscious is searching for a connection through the wrestling. We must leave this on if this channel gets changed or if this TV now goes off Gene Eric will go in to a state of convulsions. Wrestling is this boys life support
*Scene fades*
..
*6 months later*
*The scene opens; this time the camera is showing the room in the third person. We can see Gene Eric lying motionless on the bed as the wrestling is on, on the TV in the background. The TV has had its power button removed along with all of the channel buttons. Genes room is the wrestling room*

*Approximately 2 years later*
*The scene opens and were back to first person. Nothing can be seen but black but we can hear the television*
Television: You sit there, and you thump your bible and say your prayers and didn't get you anywhere! Talk about your Psalms, talk about John 3:16. Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass!

*A few months later*
Television: The rock is going to show everybody that hes the best intercontinential champion there is. If you smel what the rock is cookin go back to those jabronis at ringside

*Soon after that*
Television: Welcome to WZCW Meltdown!

*Years later *
Voice #1: And this Dr. Spence is Gene Eric. Gene has been here for a number of years and is in a deep coma. Hes a strange case as there is brain activity but no body functions. Its like the lights are on but no-one is home
Dr. Spence: Why have you not switched off life support?
Voice #1: We cant. His care is being paid for by the Ron Eric estate which leaves us in a legal grey area as there is no-one who can give permission for the plug to be pulled
Dr. Spence: Why not?
Voice #1: All legal guardians are dead. This man is being kept alive by a legal document
Dr. Spence: What is that loud noise?
Voice #1: Oh thats the television. It must be left on . Watch
*The noise of the TV stops . SUDDENLY Gene Erics stats go wild*
Voice #1: I I cant get the Television plugged back in, it its not working
*Macinery can be heard screeching all kinds of alarms*
Dr. Spence: Staff Nurse Chilvers, Leave it .. Do not turn that television back on!
Staff Nurse Chilvers: But
Dr. Spence: Its not the life support, its a television. The stats are just a co-incidence
*Suddenly all of the alarms stop and the stats go back to normal*
Dr. Spence: See
*Suddenly the screen goes from pitch black and only voices to sight*
. There is a sudden pause
Staff Nurse Chilvers: Did he just??
Dr. Spence: I I think he just .
Gene Eric: Eugh Wh-Where am I?
*Scene fades*
