Reaper of Miracles
Alright I am sick of arguing with people on Youtube that have some glorified view of Chyna and think that not only is she the best female wrestler ever but that she single handedly changed the course of Womens wrestling.

While I applaud Chyna for her gutsy run in the WWE, as the WWE made her out to be some alpha female that could hang with the men, but I think WWE just pushed her because 1) she was friends with the right people at the time (DX) and 2) she had the right build for the job, being very strong for a woman. WWE could use that image to put Chyna over a man much bigger than she was, and the Fans not have a problem with it. The reason why I (hate is such a strong word, lets just don't prefer) don't prefer Chyna is that if you strip her in ring skills down to the bare minimum, she really wasn't that good (even worse then some of the women at the time but yet she was billed to go over the men?), which was evidenced against her matches with Jericho and Jeff Jarrett. Their matches against Chyna (especially Y2J's) were almost awkward looking and sluggish compared to other opponents that they had fought against. The thing that pisses me off the most was WWE's use of Chyna in the womens division. It wasn't that the WWE, at the time, didn't have credible women that couldn't beat Chyna, the problem was that they did. Ivory, Molly, and Lita at the time were all capable of beating Chyna, and making the win look believable. But WWE gave Chyna the "Great Khali" run of the womens division, having her crush any and all the other women, and it wasn't because she was better than them, it because WWE fucked up Chyna's current situation in the mens division, and having her job to the women would undo all the credibility WWE built up with the fans for Chyna. So WWE let Chyna crush the women, many times wrongfully, in order to keep Chyna over with the Crowd.

Personally I think was a terrible mistake, because WWE could have used Chyna's name value to try and get one of the other women on the same level as Chyna. If they succeeded, WWE could have tried to get said woman over in the men's division. But it was not to be.

Since her release Chyna has done little to nothing to preserve herself in the eye of the wrestling world. As I recalled she struggled with Alcoholism for several years and lost the weight and body that made her famous with wrestling fans. I think she's doning better, but even as her latest fight with WWE, where she legally changed her name to Chyna. If Chyna were to try and get back into the ring, I wouldn't doubt her ability to get back in shape, I would just wonder if the fans would want to see her back, I mean its not like she's that big of a name now, I would bet most people would sooner see the Like's of Lita and Trish back before they see Chyna. Its unlikely that Chyna would get her old position back with WWE, and to be honest, even if the Womens division is flawed, the last thing it needs is for someone to ruin the credibility of every good female wrestler in the division by constantly squashing them. Besides Candie and Ashley pretty much have those areas covered, so I really don't see a reason for Chyna to return other than a potential feud with Mr McMahon. That leaves TNA, who quite frankly, already have a monster female, hell they have 2 monster females, one in Amazing Kong and the other in Roxxi Laveaux, so I doubt they need a third.

But, since her name is synonymous with wrestling, but I still wonder if Chyna could make a major comeback in a promotion Like WWE or TNA, and make it work.

So what do you guys think, do you think that Chyna could make a comeback and make it work, or do you think that she'll fail and end up going nowhere if she tries to comeback, or do you just hope Chyna opens another bottle of booze and hopefully she'll forget what she was mad at Vinnie Mac for.

I for one thought Chyna was the best thing that WWE had to offer at the time (women wrestler). It was just nice to see a female kicking the guys asses. Chyna wasn't the typical women's wrestler, she had a nice bod but the other women had more feminity and were more eye candy vs her as this huge power force. She was my role model at the time, I was also 15 and thought wrestling was semi-real, lol.
I do agree that her matches weren't the greatest to sit through but I do think she held her own or tried.
When Chyna won the Women's Title I wasn't thrilled because I thought that title was for more of the smaller body typed women and she didn't fit the mold of holding the title and I knew she was going to crush anyone she faced because WWE built her character up that way so it wasn't fun to watch her dominate the women she could pick up and shake like rag dolls.
Now, does Chyna have a future in the WWE? No.
I personally wouldn't look forward to her wrestling. I would love to see her make a special guest apperance one day but to be back on the WWE roster wouldn't work. Chyna has/had a substance problem like many other athletes but she would have to do A LOT of working out, training, and gain more poise to get back in the ring. I think I'll just settle for watching my old WWF movies thank you very much.

It's nearly 7 years after she left WWE, does anybody still care about her? I've said before that females only have a limited shelf life in wrestling. Just because Chyna looked like a man, doesn't mean she should enjoy the same longevity.

She wasn't even a decent wrestler. I think that just because her talent is on par with some male wrestlers, and she could perform power moves on male wrestlers, she is seen as being good. Not true. She wasn't an abysmal wrestler. She could probably teach some wrestlers a thing or two. But she still wasn't a great, or even good wrestler. Average if I'm being kind.

The reason Chyna left the comapny was because she was unhappy with how much she was getting paid. That woman seriously believed here star power was the same as that of The Rock. There is no need for anybody that delusional in wrestling.

Chyna should be doing tranny porn, NOT wrestling. Let's face it, she was only used effectively when she was pumped full of testosterone and HGH. She had a Superman jaw for crying out loud. They actually slimmed her down and tried to make her look more effeminate when she started wrestling regularly. She had a couple of good angles with Guerrero and one with Jeff Jarrett, though let's face it. . . We tuned in to see Jarrett beat her ass and put stupid bitches like Ivory and Mae Young in the Figure Four. Nobody wanted to see Chyna. The whole thing was a work to put Jarrett over and it worked. Very few times have I seen anyone draw that much heat. I don't really see anyone right now even wanting to work with her or put her over, which is all for the better because she needs to be a woman. I think the only reason anyone bought her Playboy was just to make sure she didn't really have a penis.

How could anybody take Chyna seriously now? With all the reality shows she did, the girls a joke. Bck in her prime, I was actually scared of her. My God, she was gigantic. Now shes seems to just be missing the spotlight. If she returns, I wouldnt watch her, because there is a hotter female wrestler, with the same angle as her, the Glamazon.

She's horrible and the last thing the WWE needs. Just another muscle bound flunky in the WWE, that's about it. If anyone(s) changed the WWE Divas and women's wrestling to the WWE's current style, it was the Lita/Trish feud, not Chyna.

Chyna is just a whiny bitch with very limited if any in ring ability. She had horrible promo ability and was just terrible to watch in the ring. Chyna was sure fire bathroom break. Outside of the freak show quality attraction she brought, no one cares about Chyna.

No, why should she come back. First off she has barely any in-ring talent. She has done nothing but squash opponents and shone that she can put on some very bad matches with the guys. And outside of being with DX and having pointless Womens Title reigns she did nothing impressive. She was just a freakshow attraction. She should have just stuck to being Triple H's bodyguard because that was the only time she was worth anything. So, I don't think she should be coming back.

Chyna was one of the only women wrestlers I've ever respected, as I have a very low opinion on most of the divas. She didn't only care about how neat her hair was, and how big her boobs were. She actually wrestled.

I find it funny how it's most of the men here, saying she shouldn't come back. It's the same with people I know, all the women admired her, and all the guys hate her (But they love Candice Michelle..) Hmm what does that tell you?

However as for her coming back now, I doubt it'd work, because of everything that has happened since then. I doubt she'd be looked at like she once was. But I would love her to come back, just once, and she the divas of today what wrestling actually is.

I defenitley respect Chyna for what she did in WWE. Ok she wasnt the best wrestler ever(Candice Michelle?, Ashley?) but she did alot for how women were looked at in the wwe. Chyna was one of the first divas where it wasnt all about their looks. She also was able to keep up with the men(she may not have been great at it) but come on could Kelly Kelly, Candice, Ashley, or even Melina & Mickie keep up with Jericho? probably not. Anyways I dont think Chyna should come back full-time but it would be nice for a 1 night only where she beats up HHH & Steph(that would be hillarious) I think Chyna deserves more respect than she is given. Now she may be a wreck but she still gets so publicity and is more known than the other divas so maybe her name can help wwe??If she gets off the booze/drugs.

In the world of Wrestling, Never means maybe. Will Vince ever give Chyna a shot at a WWE ring again? Yes! That is if HHH and his bride, Stephanie feel there is a chance at making money off of an angle.

Yes, Chyna does deserve credit for juicing her body to become the "beast" (literally) that she became. However, there is no attraction for her now. Chyna was a draw due to her physical stature that made her legitimate. That physique is gone now. She has lost the physical status that she carried 10 years ago, and has now become another of the skitzoids of Real-MTV lunacy. She has nothing to attract a following any longer.

However, an angle is in the waiting. If only Chyna could establish coherent lines to come out of her mouth, an excellent shoot opportunity exists. In the era of shoot/angles, a real life opportunity to draw is there. If all 3 parties (HHH, Steph, Chyna) could let wrestling carny dictate the real drama of their story, this could sell.

Bring Chyna in for a special in-ring achievement award...Heel HHH comes out to blast Chyna as the skank that she turned into after leaving WWE...Chyna breakdown wins the crowd...Stephanie verbal abashment...followed by a memorial "JR Interview" tell-all segment. Then Chyna and Stephanie headline Wrestlem...

OH WELL, Maybe I'm as stoned as Chyna....

echelon what is your youtube name?? cuz me and some other guy was just talking about the same thing about how chyna was not that great a wrestler and her matches were not that great either, and we were talking about how people tryna compare beth to her when beth can actually wrestle and beth isnt running through talented divas like there nothing (take armageddon for example she made mickie look very strong and the triple threat the other night on raw melina and mickie took it to her)

My username on Youtube is kfowlkes, I argue with people about Chyna on Youtube all the time. If you go to the Beth vs OBD video you can see my latest Chyna related argument against one user called Nitrofaction

but I am going to have to disagree with you on Beth's title reign, it's gotten stale, as much as Beth is different from Chyna as far as her in ring skills go, Beth current title reign is basically the same thing as Chyna's

yeah it has gotten a little stale but she is suppose to be dropping the title at wrestlemania but i was stating that beth isnt just ramming through women who are very good wrestlers like her she is actually making them look strong so everyone already knows she can be beaten i wasnt really talking about there reign chyna bulldozed through every woman on the roster beth has lost matches beth's team lost in the tag team match the next night after she just won the belt, and yeah i seen the argument you and nitrofaction are having i was talking to you for a bit my youtube name is rockyson89 but i didnt want to get in the fight between you two lol!!!

Your right, even as of right now, Beth title reign isn't AS bad as Chyna's, but its getting there. Beth doesn't bulldoze the women in Chyna fashion, but she doesn't make the women look much better. How was mickie not Buried under Beth at the PPV? Its almost to the point where WWE has made so many poor choices with Beth's title reign, I can't see how Mickie or Melina can be taken seriously going against Beth

people have actually said they were suprised that mickie wasnt squashed and they said the match made mickie look very strong infact im just saying that if beth gets beat it wont be unbelieveable and thats the main reason they kept pushing chyna like she was cuz what exactly would they do with her if she did get beat?? with beth she doesnt come across as the unstoppable monster she is a woman who loves using her strength to her advantage.

It's hard for me to pick a side.

I have to give credit to Chyna for actually wrestling. She was one of the few women during the attitude era that was more than just eye candy. She showed that women can hold their own in a male dominant sport.

On the other hand, I agree with the topic starter. WWE made her seem unstoppable to the point that a legitimate loss would severely damage Chyna's character. I don't think she should have been put in matches with males. Those matches were so awkward and they made Chyna appear way too dominant for the female division.

Another stint with WWE? I can't see it happening given the number of "washed-up celebrity" reality TV shows she has been on. It would be too hard for me to take her as seriously as I once did.
