For the Police Officer who came to my house this morning to follow up on @MickieJames thanks for having a sense of humor & not arresting me.

TNA's mainstream!

How do you guys feel about this? If someone calls the police for an angle in 1976, fair enough. But in 2015?????????????????????????

This is hilarious. Hat tip to Storm for making it feel so real. I really hope we get more developments in the back story to this ordeal.

Speaking of old school. I wonder how many police reports were filed back in the day thanks to pro rasslin'?

This is indeed, a most rare incident in today's wrestling. Who doesn't know that it's all pre-planned? Especially non-WWE fans.
I'm inclined to believe that the fan had some grudge against Storm. Storm probably asked him to fuck off when he went to click a photo while Storm was busy (the premise sounds familiar), and the fan was waiting to get his revenge. He could never teach Storm a lesson in a significant way, but he probably thought, "Let's see how he likes the harassment."

Man, that's cool. I'm glad it's still so real to people, because it flies in the face of bitching because your boy isn't champ.

If it had been RVD's house, or even A Double's house, it would've been a totally different story, 'nah'mean?

Has this really happened? People are hilarious but let me tell you something that I heard from my cousin who lives in California. He told me that mostly the TNA shows will be completed uncrowded. To not show that on the TV they would ask the random people walking pass the arena to attend the show for free. So maaaaaybe this can be one of those random teenager or some old lady who never knows about Wrestling and its kayfabe could've filed this complaint!? Just a thought.

Cheers!!

the fact that someone would do this is funny but even worse that the police would bother to even follow up on it.....which quickly leads me to believe the whole thing is bullshit. there is nothing written about this anywhere except from james storm. no way the news would ignore this even if they just used it as a few second ending segment to laugh at. and it definitely would have made some kind of news where he lives or in the district where the police were dispatched from. no picture with the accommodating police officer? they didnt contact mickie before going to the suspects house??

im calling shenanigans on this one. just more tna nonsense, which is funny...breaking kayfabe to push a kayfabe storyline lmao. tna logic.

You call this bullshit, but you believe the Meltzer report about TNA being cancelled?

Something's off here.

As half-assed as it was to do the angle TNA was even more half-assed to put out a kayfabe response that she wasn't really dead but had just blacked out and besides having a concussion was emotionally disturbed over the incident. If this is what's coming in the future from the new writers then it won't be long before ROH will be their only wrestling show.

Who doesn't know that it's pre-planned? Especiallly non-WWE fans? Are you kidding me? It's non-WWE fans who are always claiming that they watch "REAL" professional wrestling.

This is why it's embarrassing to be a wrestling fan. Not because of bad storylines. Or because of the characters themselves. But because of ******ed fans like this. Hopefully he was just a fan of TNA and not WWE.

The Meltzer report of TNA getting cancelled seems more legit than this considering that it is hard to believe that anybody could be this stupid. But then again he was a TNA fan, so.......50/50.

I wonder what the cop was thinking when James Storm had to explain to him that it was all a part of the storyline. haha. Probably something like, "I knew I shouldn't have listened to the dillweed when I saw him with a TNA forever t-shirt on."

Does he actually like in Tennessee? if so, that explains it ;)

Seriously, that is funny and sad at the same time but hey think of it this way - when is the last time wwe had an angle that got over so well that people actually bought into it and thought it was real? Too bad they film so far in advance, this should be brought up on the next episode of Impact.

Bravo!!!! Well said........waiting for him to respond.

seriously, how the fuck is what you posted and what the other guy posted not spam??? you offered nothing on the topic and just attacked me. alas, we all know the WZ rules only apply for some.

anyway, the meltzer story was backed up with a screenshot of email, multiple podcasts (meltzer on cornettes show, mlw extra, the LAW, etc), if you havent heard about the "do not advertise" list then youre just being willingly blind. you fanboys are hilarious. i can believe what i want. i dont attack anyone for what they believe. grow the fuck up.

and let me add that believing the cops went to a wrestlers house over a storyline without a shred of proof or ANY OTHER SOURCE ANYWHERE ON THE PLANET you have to be naive. and im being nice.

I think the police pretty much have to follow up on the calls they get.

1. If Meltzer made up the story, and went on Podcasts to talk about the made up story, how does that make it factual? If I make up a story about Chris Jericho being sexually aroused by baby koalas, and it's fake, and I go talk about it in podcasts - it's still fake.

2. Oh he provided screenshots of an e-mail? Check this out:

Ta-dah. The best part is that I provided as much proof about Jericho being attracted to baby koalas as much as Meltzer did.

Be right back, gotta go on a few animal rights podcasts to make this real.

If this whole police thing was real - that's pretty cool. It's kind of a funny story. If it wasn't - then some people bought it as real and it just means it did its job. What's the fuss about?

fin but you dont have to be a dick about it. youre doing it just to troll. "oh my god he has a different opinion!! he needs to be bashed, fuck what the topic is about, im making him the topic!"
and like it or not, its true. period. if the show is on a do not advertise list its hard to keep it on the air. did you even listen to the podcasts? you are judging but refuse to hear it from his mouth?? grow up.

and the funniest is tna sending out legal threats about the whole thing. you know who DIDNT get one out of everyone??? meltzer.
