He ain't the greatest ever thats a bit much. But I do miss RVD. He adapted very well from the ECW style to the WWE style and won shitloads of gold. I dont know if him or Angle won more gold in their career. But I would love to see RVD back in WWE. Not TNA because they would poorly use him I would have liked him there back in 05 when the X-Division was still good but oh well. RVD rocks he should come back. I'd love to see him vs Punk one on one.

RVD could help out, as the WWE is in need of faces. What he brings to the table, though, isn't "the greatest ever", its just that he's someone the fans love to watch and who has already won enough titles that they could use him as a main event guy and not seem like they're stretching their roster too thin.

ECW right now is fine. They have more than enough talent to get by. What's really hurting are the main events of Raw and Smackdown, especially now that Cena will be out.

I'd argue that the better choice would be to send RVD over to Raw, as Smackdown can at least use ECW talent when they're desperate. I wouldn't mind seeing RVD/Jericho or RVD/Orton for a little bit....maybe not MONTHS or anything, but just for something different.

with cena out who does raw have for main event faces batista who noone wants to see in the title picture right now, rey mysterio who is in that dumb storyline with kane also batista in that to, and u got punk the current champ who has been terribly booked thus far in his championship reign. i think rvd would be a perfect fit to shake things up and provide something different than most of the superstars right now so i really hope he comes back to wwe or even tna because im a big fan of the whole fuckin show rob van dam

I'd like to see a comeback from RVD. I cannot say how much it agitates me when an incredibly talented athlete who can be one of the best retires of their own accord when they still have years to go (i.e., RVD, Barry Sanders, Michael Jordan [course he came back after the first two, but still missed time])
But aside from that, he's been gone for a while now and he'd be a fresh face to come in, I'd say on the Raw brand. An RVD/Jericho or RVD/Punk feud could be great, plus he could go with some other guys just to give some variety. What happened with him after he FINALLY won the world title was terrible, and I think led to the new ECW getting away from it's roots.
He is definitely won of the most over guys ever and someone who could be a main eventer for years to come until it really is time to retire.

I've always enjoyed RVD. He has a rather unique style. He's only around 38 or so, so he still has a lot to offer in my opinion. I'd love to see him come back and fued for a title.

I really don't see RVD coming back, at least not to WWE, he has stated that he really doesn't like to travel, he hates flying, and really is enjoying not having a heavy work schedule like he did in WWE, the only way I could see them ever getting him back would be if they gave him a similar deal that they gave Foley, where he could come in a few times a year, and work a couple short storylines then go off and do his own thing, Honastly I would mind seeing him make a few appearances in ROH, something similar to what Christian did a few years back, and maybe shoot a Straight Shootin' DVD for them too

Raw has sucked because it's missing THE WHOLE DAMN SHOW. RVD need to come back, be it in TNA or WWE. I just miss seeing the guy work. I would also like to see Punk vs RVD because high flying aside Punk has always seemed influenced by Rob as far as in ring style goes.

TNA is the way to go, here, I believe. The match possibilities here are tremendous.

They would have to handle his gimmick and storylines very carefully, because he is still a future talent, and having his gimmick ruined could have serious repercussions on his future endeavours.

It is possible, that with RVD, he could possibly have a Creative Control clause in his contract, whereby the responsibility is on his head to bring up any problems he has with the direction of his career in TNA.

Im 110% sure, though, that he would be a fantastic addition to the TNA Title Challenge, and successful at that.

I agree RVD defiantly needs to come back to WWE. When I first started watching Raw again RVD was the reason I watched. He has a unique spot filled style and I think he is great on the mic. I think he would be perfect for the new look raw the whc belt would like nice around his waist.

he has the perferct balance of high flying, striking, and technical wrestling ability and he had one of the biggest fan bases in wrestling.
