They are when you're 17, some awesome bands coming to Hull and I can't go to any of them.

I used to despide Over 18 gigs. Thats why I love punk rock so much though, 99.9% of the time the band will lobby for the club to be all ages or they won't play. Unless they're just dicks.

What are some of the bands coming to Hull that you want to see so bad?

Oh and why don't your precious Paddingtons ever come to the US? Like, ever? I keep holding out hope that they'll tour over here, still no dice.

The Paddingtons are in the US now, they played somewhere in NYC last week.

I really want to go see Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong, but they're playing at the University and it's strictly over 18s there and that's were most of the half-decent bands play.

Otherwise we have to wait for a big band like Kings of Leon to come to Hull Arena, that's always all ages. Or a small band play at some of the clubs around the City.

i saw joe lean and the jing jang jong last friday! supporting the cribs.... come south luther no gigs are over 18 other than in london.. subways next thursday for a tenner in hitchin....hitchin!
