Earlier today, I saw a guy hit a mini-van (he was in a little car) on purpose. They then went over to the side of the road, the lady talk to the guy that hit her for two seconds and then she ran back into her car and drove away. In the words of Booker T, WHAT DA HELL?

I'm seriously confused.
