Last night, as I was watching Night Of Champions, I was wondering, was there ever a Pay Per View (WWE, WCW, ECW, or TNA) where every Champion lost their respective Championship Title?? I don’t recall any, but I’m not 100% sure.

Victoria Took the women's title from Trish Stratus
Big Show took the WWE title from Brock leans
Los Guerreros Took the wwe tag team titles from Edge and Rey Mystery
Shawn Michaels Took the World Heavyweight Title from Triple H

Why didn’t Chris Jericho and Christian defend the World Tag Team Championship Titles at Survivor Series 2002, instead of having Chris Jericho in the Elimination Chamber match??

Was there any other Pay Per View where all the Challengers won a Championship Title??

Wrestlemania 6 - Demolition won the tag titles and Warrior beat Hogan for BOTH the IC and World titles.

Well, Ultimate Warrior retained the Intercontinental Championship Title, so that doesn't work.

It does as it was Title For Title - If only the World title was up for grabs you'd be right - in a title for title the belts are in effect vacant during the match as the winner takes both... in an IC v World title match with only the World at stake, the IC champ retains throughout...

No. In a Championship Title vs. Championship Title match, neither Championship Title is vacant. Both Championship Titles are on the line. The winner successfully retains his respective Championship Title and wins their opponent’s Championship Title.
