New ECW Faction Idea

I have been pondering the following for a few days now, and I think it would create a new stable that could essentially pick up where The Ruthless Roundtable left off. I feel that although Regal's stable has indeed run it's course, a potentially new stable could take its place in order to boost some newer wrestlers onto the main stream.

With the large influx of new wrestlers, I would start the storyline by having Vance Archer, Tyler Reks, The Dudebusters and the like go on strange sabbaticals, taking weeks off at a time. After this has happened for a while, these wrestlers missing matches and the like, I would have them come back on television. But as Tiffany questions them on why they have been missing shows, they cannot speak. When Tiffany yells at them and demands to know where they have been, they can only make one noise. This one noise will become a piercing, haunting noise, more eerie than the Undertaker's gong, more goosebumping provoking than Sting's "It's Showtime", more heart pounding than D-Von getting the tables. The cult of the Tony Atlas laugh, with him as their leader, would run roughshod over Tuesday nights. Thoughts?

If you really get down to thinking about this without looking at any real consequences (in other words something mirroring fantasy discussion)... This actually doesn't sound like a bad idea. Currently Abraham Washington is quite the heel character that has his own show on the Dub where he does get the best stars to appear on the show. Given he has guaranteed promo time, this would be a great way to still run the normal course of the show featuring such underused stars like Tyler Reks as say, the security.

Abraham has come quite into his own in becoming a heel promo cutter and could really get some heat, or face reactions from the crowd. Add to the fact that you have Tony Atlas who has people standing and clapping for what he has done for the business and a great personality, he could add prestige to the faction. You could even almost compare Tony Atlas to Ric Flair of Evolution.

I wouldn't be surprised if they jolted this out of the hat, as that laugh can work as a face (what he currently does) or even the evil sadistic version for a heel stable. If CM Punk can have his straight-edge team, then why not Atlas's laugh?

Actually, this would be a great idea. I know you made it as part of your scavenger hunt (which is hilarious so far, by the way) but I like the possibilities. I could just imagine Abraham and Tyler beating the hell out of Christian or Benjamin, while Tony Atlas laughs the whole time. It could be creepy, heelish, or they could go face. Washington seems to have the potential to be a good face, and Tony Atlas' laugh is all kinds of hilarious.
