nah just getting off of a music high by being at Dream Theater. My Ears are ringing so the solution is to listen to more music of great quality

Don't think its the type of music that is my problem. I think it is the type of work I am doing. Going through the editing process of my thesis so I have to pay attention to what I am reading rather than seeking inspiration for my writing.

Listen to Jazz or Classical, for me it helps with the editing of work, I studied using John Coltrane, Miles Davis and Herbie Hancock.

That's true, although I can't shake the feeling that compiling a playlist of jazz or classical would be a colossal waste of time as I am not a big fan of either
