Does anyone know how to troubleshoot audio static coming from a second TV set on a Duo HD-DVR?

Kinda obvious, but have you tried calling the provider?

I'm having problems with mine. It keeps losing signal. I think it could be the ice from earlier.

Yea... called them. They had me reset my receiver numerous times... then said my software with my receiver wasn't up to date, so if it doesn't update properly, my receiver has to be replaced. Shenanigans I tell you.
