I just read about this, and I swear to you I am not making this up.

My Balls is a manga about a man who, in an accident involving an angel, a Soul Jar and a stream of urine, gets a supremely evil demon sealed inside his left testicle. He can't ejaculate or else he'll destroy the world. He finds ways around this, obviously, but matters are not helped by the fact that he's surrounded by people who really want him.
