Yeah, Norcal working out doesn't come close to intimidating me. The guy's a beast, but when you've spent any stretch of time around a decent gymnast, sheer strength becomes a lot less impressive.
 
The key with all raises, especially those including your returning, is type. You don't want to be put on the display for several weeks or several weeks because you're trying to go, lift, etc too much for you to deal with by compromising your type. That's the fastest way out of the gym. I lucked out when I discovered this class, it was just a minimal take in my returning and I was only out per weeks time.
 
I would say our little forum has a lot of well built and muscular teens/twenty-somethings. Much higher than stereotypical jokes would suggest we should have.

Must have gym in our mothers basements.
