Getting Noticed By Management
Muhammad Hassan was such a great wrestler when he was with the WWE. It was just a shame that Vince McMahon had to get too carried away with his character to the point where he had to let him go (I think we all saw that coming from the moment he entered the business). I think that TNA should bring him in and add him to the heavyweight division. I think that he could help put on more fast paced matches in the heavyweight division (compared to the slow moving Sting v. Jeff Jarrett). What do you think?

yeah.. he was good... like to see him back TNA would be good place

Actually, the plan was to have him re-packaged and sent to RAW. But he didn't want to continue wrestling and chose to pursue an acting career.

I thought Hassan was great. I don't know how he's going to work out in an acting career but I would guess he would go back to WWE of TNA - just a hunch.

Muhammed Hassan was a great character, maybe, but a great wrestler…not by a long shot. He could take the talk, but when it comes to in-ring execution, he often looks lost and confused in his matches. I am not saying he had to be like Chris Benoit, but he had no timing, no rhythm, and absolutely zero ring presence. Could he have worked well in TNA? Maybe, considering they got Monty Brown there, but let’s not kid ourselves with Hassan being a “great” wrestler.

Love him one of the best heels of all time Dam Vince what the hell I hope he come back to wrestling but to wwe, Now I love TNA hell I live in Orlando but wwe would be best 4 him just tone him down a bit. :headbanger:

He's done with WWE. If he goes back to WWE he would have to drop the Hassan character because of all the trouble that got them in in the past. If he goes to TNA, they're not that national so it wouldn't make a big impact on the world.

His gimmick would have to be completely dropped if he were to switch to TNA. It's bad enough that LAX is only cheered by Latinos, why make the pro wrestling industry look even more racist?

i think hassan was really good and he did his job well but i doubt we will see him in the ring again for at least 5 years or so...they all come back eventually

I was at one point calling Hassan the future of the business and I usually hate those type of guys. Not that he was horrible in the ring - better than Cena and Batista at least (but then again name a wrestler who isnt) but he wasnt the best. Still despite all that, the man was a fkn genius on that mic. He had an aura about him, just this crazy ass charisma that he gave out. He reminded me of The Rock whilst in The Nation.

The only thing I always hated was the way they used his gimmick. I mean i liked it, but i think they went too far with it in certain regards - too political. And Im sure Hassan would have been uncomfortable with a lot of it too - especially being a Catholic Italian and all. So there was always gonna be some complications with it. Still IMO Hassan played the role to fkn perfection and remained completely professional. Which is why I couldnt believe Vince blamed him for the failure of the gimmick when the whole thing collapsed. Vince is a b*tch.

But yeah back to topic, Hassan for TNA has my vote. If he ever comes back to wrestling - which i think he will - TNA should definately seek him out. And also wats the bet he left wrestling coz he got pissed with Vince for putting everything on him. I'd believe it, it wouldnt be the first time something like that happened.

hopefully hassan goes to TNA, and maybe he will take that Daivari with him. and Khali will finally learn respect and it will be his time to shine.

kahli in tna with divari and hassan? and shining?

ok ill go along with that, um, just pass that bong you must be hitting my way :)

Why do TNA fans get so mad about people saying they just take WWE rejects, and old WWE wrestler and so on and so forth but then as soon as someone is released from WWE they start talking about how they want him in TNA.

Uhm, because we dont get offended by people bagging TNA, we are offended because in the eyes of real wrestling fans these guys are not REJECTS. And calling them so is a fkn insult to them and their efforts. They sweat blood for us every night they are in that ring and have to go thru all that bullshit politics in the lockeroom of WWE and they get burnt by the fans for it.

Their runs in WWE are not a failure because they are bad wrestlers or bad performers. Their runs fail because WWE creative destroys them or holds them back, or in the case of Hassan because of backstage politics. We are offended because real athletes and performers are being badmouthed by people who know nothing about wrestling and believe that since they were on Heat and not Raw they must suck, when they have never seen what these guys are in fact really capable of.

And its not all guys that the WWE releases that we like, just those that can actually offer something. For instance Rikishi and Nathan Jones are not welcome in TNA. Guys like Angle, Hassan and so on are.

And as for taking on old WCW guys, we get mad because the WWE has way way way more old WCW guys than TNA does and yet somehow TNA still gets the label.

Copani is no longer a wrestler. He dropped the career for Hollywood, so no, him in TNA won't be happening very soon.

The Muhammed Hassan character was excellent though. He was not only solid in the ring, but he was a truely great mic worker. He spoke the truth each time to. This proved how stupid he casual WWE viewer was, chanting "USA!" at him, idiots. WWE made a big mistake by pulling him off TV.

My point was instead of grabbing guys that the WWE didn't want anymore, why not focus on building up the guys they have now. WWE has more old WCW guys cause they bought the WCW and when they did that, they got most of the WCW contracts. I love TNA but I think people go back and forth on the issue of hiring old WWE people.

Who do they hire that is old WWE people. Excluding Kip James and BG James. Christian for instance WALKED out, he wasn't fired.

all tna is doing is trying to build an audience as it has been losing money for years, when vince feels he cant make any more money out of a star he lets them go.tna will then pick these stars up on the off chance that they will be missed.not to forget that wwe stars have moves that are often banned in the company, sometimes tna is a better home for these people

His promos prior to having his very first televised match immediately made me think, Whoa! this guy has was it takes to be the next Iron Shiek, a true future legend and Hall of Famer, and upon seeing him compete and getting on the mike I was even more amazed by the guy, It's just too bad that American idiots thought his character was too offensive and didn't took it as entertainment from a master at that craft, but on retrospective I am glad that he choose the Undertaker as his final opponent instead of someone like Eugene, and the way he sold that scary chockeslam was just amazing, if he is to go to Hollywood there is no doubt in my mind he will be a success, the guy just has that kind of charisma and acting ability, in some way I even see him as the next Jean Reno

American idiots? Where are you from? The whole thing that he was doing is a very sensitive topic hear, and being carried out like a martyr to most people is going way too far. It didn't bother me but I have no confusion whatsoever as to why people were offending. Now I don't know whether you are American or not, but if you aren't an American, then I understand why you don't get it. We're not idiots for being offended about a guy glorifying people who killed over 3000 of our people, and subsequently another 3000+ cause of the wars we got involved with after they attacked us.
