I'd have to say as far as ring entrance goes, I'd be pretty damn intimidated by seeing the Undertaker come to the ring whether it was riding the back of a hearse or being accompanied by Paul Bearer and the hooded minions.

Actually standing toe-to-toe with somebody though it would be Andre The Giant for me, hands down. The guy wasn't only 7'+ but was strong as an elephant and if he didn't want to be moved you weren't going to move him. Vader wasn't as tall, Khali isn't as heavy, Yokozuna to me more resembled a 600 pound bowl of chocolate pudding, Big Show talks to much and thus becomes more likeable and people can identify with him.

Granted I was young and still thought wrestling was real but when Andre ripped the cross off of Hogan's neck when he turned on him I was like "oh crap" and scared for Hogan's well being.

This one has to be the Undertaker. It's an easy choice.

He's been locked in caskets, set on fire, buried alive, yet still survives.

He's hung the Big Bossman, tried to marry (kayfabe) Stephanie McMahon and crucify Stone Cold Steve Austin. He even buried his closest ally (Paul Bearer) in concrete.

Taker has defeated everyone that there is to beat, and has done it for longer than anyone else on the list

The answer to this just has to be Andre the Giant. Andre was not only intimidating because of his size and power, I think the most intimidating thing about ATG was the fact that if you were a wrestler scheduled to work a match with him, you just never knew what kind of mood he was going to be in, or if you were on his good side or bad side for that matter. Andre caused a legit monster like Big John Studd to quit in the midst of his final run in WWE, as Studd evidently thought that Andre was going to kill him in the ring. Hogan himself speaks of his early years in the business working matches w/Andre, and speaks of having to pull over his car on the way to the arena in order to vomit because of the level of violence that he expected to be on the recieving end of. If that isn't intimidating, I don't know what is. Additionally, it has been documented that Andre was also the boss in the dressing room, and dispensed discipline to those performers he felt were out of line as far as their behavior was concerned. I guess that's why he was called "the Big Boss".

Andre The Giant is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to the intimidation factor. Everything from his size to the sound of his voice commanded your attention.

Undertaker is a character. A gimmick. Probably the best gimmick ever, but still a gimmick. Andre was just being himself. He didnt need spooky lights or even any theme music. Just his sheer presence sent a shiver down your spine especially if you saw him live.

Andre full stop... no one could do anything to him he didn't allow....He could legitimately have killed anyone he was in the ring with who he didn't like or want to help.... 2nd on the list would be Stan Hansen... break Bruno's neck in the WWF use it to... kick the living shit out of Japan for a whole career? That is bad ass
