If you've been following along with a recent escapade of mine that saw me even get referenced on the Wrestling Observer, it reached a conclusion.
To resume the story, a promoter in Florida was planning a big card with talent from Puerto Rico and AAA. He wanted a promotion just like PR and started bringing in old names for promoting and among them was none other than the man who killed Bruiser Brody. I wrote a piece about how stupid it was to bring that man to the states which led to the man threatening me legally. Of course, freedom of speech. Then came the Observer bit.
Later, I received a tip. The promoter was arrested in 2005 for drug trafficking. No clue how he got out but it was in his record. But he didn't tell the wrestlers. So I tipped them in. And half of them left. Promoter cancelled the show saying siting the building was under reconstruction. It's not. He also didn't actually separate a date. He claimed he rented a new locale. I called that place up. No such thing. And then found out he owes a good $6000 to several of the workers he had. He's left the face of the earth given every time he opened his mouth, we'd just prove he was lying.
