This isn't my usual style of music, but wow. I'm working my way through the tracks here, and I'm yet to hear one bad song. There are some great ones on here, one I've specifically nicknamed my song. And which I totally heard before everyone, through the wonders of msn calls. Blank sheet of paper is the best song I've heard in a long time, and I'm including the shit you hear on MTV nowadays in this. It's original, and you really get into the lyrics.

And there's a Hitler song coming soon, which I've stolen too. Because of my slight obsession with him. It's amazing how much talent this guy has. Listen. Love. Tell.

Aww Shucks! <3. Thanks Becca. You have to realize though. If anyone goes to the site and actually listens to the songs. Only three of them are actually mine. Which are as Becca pointed out. Blank Sheet Of Paper, She Never Cried In Front Of Me (Awesome Toby Keith Song) and You're Not My God. They are shitty quality, but I will be heading to the studio very soon. So if you like it, drop a shout in here. If not thats your choice. Any feedback is appreciated.

I was going to write this, But i was afraid Monkey would rip my balls off and eat them like Oranges. :$... Your correct Becca, I heard Monkeys music Earlier and was like O..M..F..G... I like yourself Am not a country fan, but Monkeys style of music Is PURELY Epic. If you havent listened to It yet I SUGGEST YOU DO.

Blank sheet of paper, Is Pure One Hundreed percent Awesome. When I heard it I turned my TV Off and just sat and listened. Monkey has real Talent, and its not just things about Wrestling. Monkey get your Ass out there and get discovered.

P.S, Wait til he releases, This AFTERNOON, Heard it today, Almost as good as the Original. Wow.

I also do love Monkey's music. The first time I heard it, I was setting up the original TM House and he recorded a track for it. It is a song called "The Ride" I believe, and I also believe I have it on my Windows Media Player. Monkey does have a great talent, coming from me, a guy with limited country music knowledge. I hope he gets to live his dream and become a country music musician.

Wow Monkey. You really have talent. I've said a lot of times before that I hate country music, but this is just great. One thing, you seem to be straining with your voice a bit, so maybe if you took some singing lessons it might help. At least that's what I heard. But Monkey, you seriously need to release an album, try and get into the music industry. You seriously are that damn good. You could make it big with your music Monkey, you just need to get recognised. You are a great musician.

I'm listening to Blank Sheet of Paper right now. First off I admire your efforts in writing. It was a pretty good quality written song. I also like your voice, it reminds me of "old school" country like Travis Trit, but you have your own twang that seems unique. I like it.

I agree with Tim that it sounds like your straining your voice, but it might just be the thick tone that we are hearing instead. I think you should try out for Nashville Star. It might not be the best choice but it would help get discovered. But yeah I like it, it seems different from the stuff on the radio right now. My favorite song from you though is still "BOMT" :)

I've heard Mike's music for a while now, since this past summer actually when we started talking on MSN and I heard him sing there (yeah I get live performances- be jealous bishes LOL), and ever since I first heard him sing I could tell he had a lot of talent. And I mean that. I can't ever remember hearing him sing and remember not liking it or finding many faults in it, no matter how many times he stopped in the middle and said "sorry I messed that up" (which you totally don't!). Like someone has said before, I'm not a big fan of country either, but it really suits his voice because I've always characterized it as gruff (in a good way) and deep, it fits the songs he sings really well, especially the more emotional ones (it works for the funny ones too, I did LMAO when I heard the Hitler one). I really hope one day you can just sing and play for the guitar to the masses like you have for me, because I know your music is more than just a hobby, it's something you love to do, and you deserve to be able to share it with others. They'll appreciate listening to you as much as I do. :D

Decided to check it out to see what all the fuss was about and although I do not like much country artists with the exception of Cash, I will add Monkey to that list now. Agree with Becca, Blank Sheet of Paper was really good.

Listened to the songs that were there and they were very good, good lyrics aswell, good voice and although it's not really my genre of what I would usually listen to I did like it as it was a nice change from the stuff I usually listen to.

Good work, Monkey. Keep it up.

Gotta be honest, I thought it was just ok. Nothing overwhelmingly amazing the way the other posters led me to believe. Pleasant to be sure but perhaps a bit average. To be clear I don't think its bad work, I know how hard it is to write and perform music, but it sounds about as good as the stuff I could hear being played on the streets or coffee shops in the city. Apologies if this comes off badly, I may sound a bit jaded. Thus I just want to place this in context to those who say you should make a go of it professionally; A&R people hear songs day in day out, sometimes for decades at a time, as jaded as I may be it's nothing compared to them. I've met a few over the years and they've told me flat out if you don't grab them in literally the first 10 seconds they toss it in the trash. I'd like to hear these tunes with a fuller arrangement with a standard band and perhaps in a different key.
I will agree that you need a bit of vocal polish. It sounded a little flat throughout. Work on your pitch. Also the timbre was a bit thin for my tastes. I don't follow country so I cant say where that leaves you regarding the genre's standards and traditions. Keep at it though, practice and technique is important. good luck
