Season 8 - Turd Ferguson
Season 9 - Yazloz
Season 9.5 - JMT225
Season 10 - Turd Ferguson
We will predict the main card for each card in this thread, and notable prelim fights. We'll keep it all in here, and be able to discuss the contest as it goes on. The winner of the "Season" will be the champion (the winner will have the most cumulative points.)
Also, don't be afraid to jump in each season in progress. Case in point: The Best scored zero on the first card we predicted, and he wound up being in second place going into the last card when it was all said and done. All it takes is nailing a couple of cards (or in his case, even one) to be "In the Mix".
Season Eleven will have us predicting the following cards:
9/21 - UFC 165 - Jones vs. Gustafsson
10/9 - UFC Fight Night - Maia vs. Shields
10/19 - UFC 166 - Velasquez vs. Dos Santos III
10/26 - UFC Fight Night - Bisping vs. Munoz
11/2 - Bellator 106 - Rampage vs. Ortiz
11/6 - UFC Fight For The Troops - Machida vs. Kennedy
11/9 - UFC Fight Night - Belfort vs. Hendo II
Scoring will be as follows:
2 Points for predicting a correct winner
1 Point for predicting correct method of victory (T/KO, Submission, or Decision)
1 Point for predicting correct round (or decision).
Tiebreaker for guessing Fight of the Night/Submission of the Night/KO of the Night correctly (In which one additional point will be issued)
If you do not guess the winner correctly, you obviously do not get awarded any bonus points.
Example of a Correct Prediction:
Anderson Silva vs. Chris Weidman: KO Round 2
Tallies are per event. Whoever has the most points at the end of the season is the champion. You can only edit your picks for only up to 10 minutes after they are made, and picks made after the deadline of WHENEVER THE PRELIMS START WILL NOT COUNT.
Please bold the name of your winner in order to make scoring these easier.
If you have any questions, please let me know... hopefully this is self-explanatory.
