Copeland: Welcome to Meltdown, ladies and gentlemen. We have a packed line up for you tonight so let us get started backstage with Everest.

Backstage we see a door that says “Chuck Myles” on it. We see Everest knocking on it, to no answer.

Everest opens the door to see no one sat inside.

Everest: Where the hell is Chuck?

We hear chucks music in the background

Everest: Dammit

The camera cuts inside the arena

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen please welcome WZCW Meltdown owner Chuck Myles.

Chuck makes his way to the ring, he is carrying a large briefcase with him. He climbs into the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd as he grabs the mic.

Chuck:
Now I'll cut to the chase shall I? Redemption we have a title unification match. The Real world champion Carmen Bratchny against the WZCW World Heavyweight Champion Titus with Everest thrown in for good measure. The winner of the match will become the Unified champion for WZCW. So I thought why not splash some cash to celebrate the occasion. Ladies and gentlemen the new belt...

NewWorldTitle.jpg
The crowd are in awe as the gold splendour of the new belt is revealed to them.

Everests music hits as a flurry of boos echo around the arena.

Everest: Utter bullshit, complete and utter bullshit. I want Titus one on one and I get some lame ass triple threat match with a shiny new belt. I get him in ANOTHER tag match tonight. It's like you have zero booking skills at all.

Chuck:
Let me tell you, Everest. If it wasn't for old Chucky boy, you'd be nowhere.

Everest: If it wasn't for old Chucky boy I'd have been champ a long long time ago. We're bored of you skirting the issue, you're missing what the people want and what they want is

Carmen Bratchny's music hits and the Russian makes his way to the ring at a hasty rate.

Carmen: You think I'm happy sat back watching you two in tag team competition? No one getting one over the other whilst I'm just sat on a chair twiddling my thumbs? I am the real world champion, and come Redemption that belt will be mine. There's nothing you nor Titus can do, Everest boy.

Everest: Scrap our matches tonight, give me Carmen right now!

Chuck: Everest...Everest...Everest, how many times have we seen you against Bratchny? Far too many. However I thought I better let my esteemed colleague Vance Bateman have a good match on Ascension for once. So next week you two will be main-eventing in the same ring together.

Crowd pops at this

Everest and Carmen start looking intently in each others eyes.

Everest: You're going down next week.

Chuck: No, no, no! You're not facing Carmen next week.

Carmen:Another tag match then?

Chuck: Nope, wrong again. Carmen you'll be wearing black and white next week. We need a referee for the match, one who we know will get us a match ending.

Everest: Blah blah blah. No one cares about that, the way you guys have been acting lately, I'll have Crashin to face.

Chuck:
Nope, not Crashin....You got your wish.. Next week it's Carmen Bratchny refereeing the match of Everest against Titus!

The crowd pop huge at this as Chuck walks off taking the unified belt with him.

Everest stares at Bratch who in turn stares him back down and leers at him. Everest steps back as Bratchny laughs and walks off. We are left with Everest in the ring looking intently at Bratchny as we go to commercial.

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

"Rooster" by Alice In Chains begins playing as Mark Hancock makes his way out to the top of the entrance ramp. He walks down and slides into the ring, sitting down against the turnbuckle.

Harrys: Introducing first, from Chicago, Illinois. He stands 6'1" and weighs 205 lbs, Mark Hancock!

"The Beginning Is The End Is The Beginning" by Smashing Pumpkins starts as Chris Jones makes his way out to dimmed lights in the arena. He walks confidently down to the ring and jumps up to the top turnbuckle and poses before taking off his coat and tossing it to the outside.

Harrys: And his opponent, from Hamilton, Ontario. He stands 6'2" and weighs 227 lbs, Chris Jones!

Copeland: These two newcomers won their contracts last week, and look to have an impressive debut here in WZCW.

Cohen: Honestly Seabass, I like both of these gentleman, they're no nonsense and all business. This should be a good one.

The ref signals for the bell as Jones looks to lock up with Mark. Jones goes for a headlock but Mark counters with a couple of shots to the midsection before whipping him into the ropes. Mark hits a clothesline and goes for a quick cover, getting a one count. Jones and Mark get up at the same time and Mark catches Jones with a scoop slam, following up with an elbow drop. He backs up and runs forward, going for a knee drop. Jones moves out of the way and catches Mark with a bridging Northern Lights suplex, getting a two count off the pin attempt.

Copeland: So far these two are fairly even, both have gotten good pin attempts on the other.

Cohen: I really enjoy watching these new guys come in and tear it up in the ring Seabass. Or fail miserably, either or is fine with me.

Jones takes control with an arm bar and quickly drags Hancock down, applying the armbar. Jones gets to hsi feet and drops a leg across the chest of Hancock while still holding the applied armbar. He covers but only gets a two count. He drags Hancock up and whips him into the rope and rushes forward, going for a dropkick in the corner. He connects and Hancock collapses in the corner. Jones climbs to the top turnbuckle and goes for a falling dropkick, but Hancock moves and Jones hits the mat hard. Hancock grabs Jones and elevates him up and drops him with the Sator Ultionis. He covers him and gets the three count.

Harrys: Here is your winner, Mark Hancock!

Copeland: Great showing for Mark Hancock, he gets his first victory here in WZCW.

Cohen: And Chris Jones didn't look too bad either.

Jones slowly gets to his feet as Hancock's arm is raised. Hancock turns around and faces Jones, and the two shake hands in respect.

Copeland: Great sign of sportsmanship there as well. I think these two may make an excellent addition to the tag team division.

Harrys: The following contest is a tag team match that is scheduled for one fall.

Copeland: A lot is riding on this match, Jack. William Teach needs to bring his A-game tonight.

Cohen: Bringing any game would be a change for him recently.

A mix of “Hail Mary” and “We Fly High” hits the arena as Mr. Baller and James Baker enter the arena. Both men look like they are ready for this match and will be looking to prove that they have what it takes to be successful in the tag divison.

Harrys: Introducing first, weighing in at a combined 452 pounds, James Baker and Mr. Baller, “The Ghetto Stars”!

Copeland: This is a big opportunity for Baker and Baller, Jack. With a victory here, they will be the number one contenders to the tag titles.

Cohen: Let’s hope that they don’t blow it.

Baller and Baker make their way to the ring very flashily and slap a few hands on the way to the ring, Baker holding his spiked baseball bat and Baller holding a basketball. Both men get to the ring and wait for their opponents.

“Bad Case of Loving You” hits as Kurtesy comes out onto the stage. He looks dejected and slightly worried. After a few seconds, he begins to walk down the ramp. The fans looks stunned as William Teach fails to appear behind him.

Harrys: Now introducing, the opposition. Weighing in at a combined Whatever William Teach weighs plus Kurtesy's weight, Dr. Steven Kurtesy and William Teach, “Teach N’ Kurtesy”!

Cohen:Didn’t I tell you, Seabass!

Copeland: It certainly seems as though William Teach has left us for good…

Kurtesy continues down the ramp and a solemn look crosses his face, “Black Betty” hits the arena. Kurtesy turns around to see Doug Crashin standing at the top of the stage. Crashin walks down to the ring and gives Kurtesy a few word of encouragement as Kurtesy gets into the ring.

James Baker starts off the match as Steven Kurtesy circles the ring. He looks more confident than he did moments earlier as Doug Crashin waits on the outside of the ring. Crashin is yelling encouragement to Kurtesy as the pair finally lock up. Kurtesy struggles with Baker and neither man can get the advantage. The tie-up breaks and as both men attempt it again, Kurtesy lands a knee to the gut of his opponent. He whips him off of the ropes and lands a drop-toe hold. Kurtesy immediately transitions into a single leg Boston crab as Baker struggles to make it to the ropes. Baker is too fresh and manages to flip Kurtesy over and makes it to this partner. Baller immediately springs into the ring and takes Kurtesy down with a double-axe handle to the head of his opponent. He covers Kurtesy as the referee begins to count the fall. Crashin yells encouragement and lets out a sigh of relief as Kurtesy raises his shoulder at 2.

Copeland: This is where the numbers actually count, Jack.

Cohen: You're telling me! Kurtesy needs to try harder or he is onto a beating here tonight.

Baller gets to his feet and drags Kurtesy up by his head. Baller wait until Kurtesy gets to his feet and lands a deep arm drag that sends Kurtesy flying across the ring. Baller tags in Baker and Baker comes in with a head of steam. He runs straight to the ropes and rebounds back as Kurtesy gets to his feet, only to be met by the on-rushing Baker, who catches him with a crossbody. Kurtesy is taking a beating and Crashin looks lost on the outside of the ring. Kurtesy is covered and Baker again manages a 2 count. Baker gets to his feet and throws his arms out in celebration. The crowd give a loud reaction as Baker goes over to the corner and begins to stalk Kurtesy. As Kurtesy gets to his feet, Baker begins to rush at him. However, Crashin grabs the leg of Baker and causes him to trip. The referee misses it and Baker gets to his feet rapidly. He turns to Crashin who is protesting his innocence. Kurtesy comes up from behind Baker and rolls him up. Baker is startled but Kurtesy only manages a 2 count.

Copeland: Thank God! Kurtesy almost cheated his way to the pinfall there.

Cohen: I didn't see Kurtesy do anything, Seabass. He took advantage of Baker's idiocy.

Baker gets to his feet and is caught by Kurtesy as he lands a headlock takedown. Kurtesy gets to his feet quickly and as Baker sits up, Kurtesy lands a swift kick to his chest that resounds around the arena. Baker slams to the mat as Kurtesy runs over to Baller and lands a hard forearm smash to his face. Baller topples off of the apron and looks dismayed with the actions of Kurtesy. He climbs up onto the apron and begins to argue with Kurtesy, who goes over to him and begins to defend his actions. Baker runs from behind Kurtesy, looking for a lariat to the back of Kurtesy’s head. Kurtesy sees him coming though and ducks out of the way and Baker goes ploughing into Baller on the apron. Baker composes himself and goes after Kurtesy. Baller gets up again and looks pissed off with Kurtesy, who is wreaking havoc. Baller gets into the ring to double-team Kurtesy. Crashin rolls into the ring and runs at the intruding Baller. Baller moves out of the way and tosses Crashin out of the ring. Kurtesy runs at the ropes and lands a heavy, clubbing blow to the back of Baller’s head that causes him to topple out of the ring and onto the unrepentant Crashin. Kurtesy smiles a little and turns to Baker once more. Kurtesy turns straight into Da Xtreme Knockout. Baker quickly gets to the top rope and lands the “All Eyez On Me”. He covers Kurtesy. 1…2…3.

Harrys: Here are your winners, the team of Mr. Baller and James Baker, The Ghetto Stars!

Copeland: That match didn’t go the way of the newly-found alliance of Crashin and Kurtesy. The Ghetto Stars are number one contenders.

Cohen: I don’t think we have seen the last of both teams though, Seabass!

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

“10’s” by Pantera plays as KillJoy walks frantically up the entrance ramp. He points at the crowd and then stares blindly at the ring. He walks down and enters the ring.

Harrys: First, from his inner sanctum, weighing in at 225 lbs, The KillJoy!

Cohen: From his inner sanctum? This guy is beyond nuts.

Copeland: This guy has been misunderstood I think his whole life, and it’s nice to see that the fans support him.

Cohen: Well, tonight we get to see if the hardcore nut can even wrestle a real match.

“The Beginning is the End is the Beginning” by the Smashing Pumpkins plays as the arena goes dark. Fire shoots up on the sides of entrance stage as Phoenix appears. He scans over the audience and slowly walks down to the ring.

Harrys: And his opponent, from the Great Beyond, weighing in at 213lbs, Phoenix!

Copeland: The transformation of Phoenix has been startling so far. He seems consumed with evil thoughts.

Cohen: This is the rebirth of what will no doubt be a stronger and more powerful Phoenix.

The bell sounds and Phoenix immediately charges at KillJoy. Phoenix swinging some wild fists, forces KillJoy into the corner. Ref counts to 4 and pulls Phoenix off. Phoenix grabs KillJoy and Irish whips him to the opposite turnbuckle. Phoenix runs in and hits him with a spinning heel kick. KillJoy falls face down to the mat. Phoenix goes for the pin and gets a long 1 count. Phoenix picks KillJoy up and goes for an Irish whip. KillJoy reverses. KillJoy attempts a hip toss. Phoenix blocks and attempts his own. KillJoy floats up and hits Phoenix with a DDT as he comes down. Both men up quickly, Phoenix goes for a clothesline. KillJoy ducks it and hits a back body drop on Phoenix. KillJoy up, bounces off the ropes and drops a head butt on Phoenix. The pin attempt gets a 1 count. KillJoy locks in a headlock. Phoenix gets to his feet and throws Killjoy off with a snapmare. KillJoy quickly to his feet. Phoenix charges and is met with a running sidekick. KillJoy with the cover, gets a 2 count.

Copeland: Phoenix has been head first to start this match and Killjoy is now beginning to counter it.

Cohen: Yes, but KillJoy can’t keep dodging bullets forever. The Phoenix will strike.

KillJoy picks Phoenix up and goes for a german suplex. Phoenix blocks twice before sneaking a low blow kick while the refs view was blocked. KillJoy crouched over is hit by a running knee lift by Phoenix, knocking him to the mat. Phoenix bounces off the ropes and hits a knee drop on the face of KillJoy. Phoenix picks KillJoy up and Irish whips across the ring. KillJoy ducks a clothesline and bounces back off the ropes. Phoenix lifts him up in the air and hits a sitout facebuster as he comes down. Phoenix with the cover, 1... 2... KillJoy kicks out. Phoenix picks up KillJoy and goes for a reverse shoulder neck breaker. KillJoy slips free and racks the eyes of Phoenix. He goes to Irish whip Phoenix, Phoenix counters and hits a fisherman's suplex into a pin on KillJoy. 1... 2..., KillJoy kicks out of it. Phoenix picks KillJoy up and slaps him across the face. KillJoy kicks Phoenix sharply in the leg. He does it a second time. He misses a third one and Phoenix connects with a step up Enziguri. Phoenix with a pin, 1... 2... KillJoy kicks out. Phoenix pulls KillJoys arms back and applies an upright surfboard submission on him. KillJoy cries out in pain.

Copeland: All Phoenix right now. Is there and hope for KillJoy?

Cohen: No. His Kill Joying is done.

The ref checks to see if KillJoy wishes to give up. KillJoy refuses. He slowly struggles to his feet and kicks at Phoenix to weaken his hold. Phoenix quickly reapplies it into a Full Nelson and hits KillJoy with the Incinerator. Phoenix stands over and shouts at KillJoy, calling him Garth. Phoenix laughs and points to the ropes. Phoenix runs and jumps onto the ropes. Phoenix Drop misses as KillJoy rolls just out of the way. The ref begins a 10 count. By 4 both men are on their knees. 7 Phoenix is up and punches KillJoy. KillJoy quickly strikes back. The two exchange punches when KillJoy blocks a Phoenix punch and slaps him hard, causing Phoenix to turn around. KillJoy runs and hits him with a bulldog. KillJoy taunting Phoenix up, hits him with a scoop slam. Phoenix slower up, is hit again with a scoop slam. KillJoy covers, 1... 2... Phoenix kicks out. KillJoy picks Phoenix up and Irish whips him, Phoenix reverses. Phoenix goes to flip KillJoy over the ropes, KillJoy lands on the apron. Phoenix turns and punches, blocked by KillJoy who pulls it hard into the ropes. KillJoy quickly climbs the turnbuckle. Phoenix slowly turns and KillJoy hits a hurricanrana. The pin, 1... 2... Phoenix just gets an arm up. KillJoy can’t believe it. He picks him up slowly and goes for an STO. Phoenix kicks him low in the gut, he scoops him up. Immortal Driver. Phoenix stands over the fallen KillJoy. He climbs the turnbuckle and points at the crowd. Final Flight misses as KillJoy rolls over. Both men up slow. KillJoy hooks a Full Nelson on Phoenix with body scissors. They fall to the mat and KillJoy rolls Phoenix on his belly, sitting on top of him. Phoenix screams out in pain.

Copeland: Phoenix is trapped. The KillJoy’s could win right here.

Cohen: Flap your wings Phoenix. Don’t tap.

Phoenix rocks back and forth to reach the ropes and just gets a hand on them. Ref counts to 4 and pulls KillJoy off. Phoenix slowly picking himself up by the turnbuckle. KillJoy walks over. Phoenix pulls him down hard into the middle turnbuckle. KillJoy stumbles up and is hit with the Rebirth. Phoenix stands over him, yelling
“Did you like that Garth?”. He climbs the top rope and signals to the crowd. Final Flight connects. 1... 2... 3.

Harrys: Here is your winner, Phoenix.

Copeland: And Phoenix gets the win here and it’s clear who is motivation was Jack.

Cohen: In Phoenix’s mind he destroyed Garth Black, and if Garth isn’t prepared Phoenix will do the same when they do meet.

Phoenix stands over the fallen KillJoy and raises his hands. The lights dim and Phoenix leaves the ring as the refs slowly help KillJoy up.

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Wanna Be Loved hits and Carmen Bratchny comes out to a loud but mixed reaction from the crowd. He breathes deeply as he walks down the ramp, trying not to hear the boos from some parts of the crowd.

Harrys: First, from Moscow, Russia, weighing 230 pounds, Carmen Bratchny.

Bratchny slides into the ring and walks to the opposite end, looking out into the crowd for a moment.

Copeland: Here comes a conflicted man, Cohen.

Cohen: Well he sure had some interesting things to say about Titus this week....

‘Blackened the Sun’ plays throughout a blackened arena as the static like flash of white light goes off and on as Ty Burna emerges onto the stage and slowly makes his way to the ring, cloaked in his hood as always. He holds his old Ouija scroll in his outstretched hand as normal and climbs into the ring.

Harrys: And his opponents, from Parts Unknown, weighing 235 pounds, Ty Burna!

Copeland: Burna and Reidar have joined forces to seemingly eliminate Corey Payne from WZCW.

Cohen: It’s true what they say; the only justice in the world is justice you take yourself.

Both men stare at each other from across the ring, neither man showing any emotion. The bell rings and they start circling each other. Suddenly the crowd pop and the men in the ring look at the ramp to see what the commotion is. They see Corey Payne making his way down the ramp. Ty looks at Payne with a bitter hatred as Payne walks past the ring to the commentary table.

Copeland: Ladies and gentleman, at this time we’d like to welcome Corey Payne to the commentary table.

Payne: Hey, guys. Just scouting Burna tonight... Might get a little revenge, depending how the night goes.

Payne smirks as Ty looks on from the ring. Bratchny comes from behind and rolls up Ty, 1... 2.... kick out by Ty. Bratchny goes straight into the half nelson sleeper hold, keeping Ty on the mat. Ty struggles to get out of the hold, clawing desperately for the ropes as he clearly loses energy from the sleeper hold. Suddenly Ty manages to roll himself over, pushing Bratchny onto his shoulders, 1...2 ... Bratchny rolls back onto his side, not letting go of the sleeper hold. Struggling, Ty manages to push himself up onto his knees, but Bratchny refuses to relinquish his grip. Ty delivers a sharp elbow to Bratchny mid-section, causing Bratchny to break the hold and clutch his ribs. Ty quickly jumps to his feet a delivers a vicious kick to the back of Bratchny’s head, causing Bratchny to collapse to the mat. Ty catches his breath for a moment, and then goes for a pin, 1.... 2.... kick out by Bratchny. Ty lifts up Bratchny and grabs his head for a snapmare driver but Bratchny counters, hooking Ty’s arms and delivering a Full Nelson Suplex with a bridging pin, 1.... 2.... Ty kicks out!

Cohen: Don’t get the idea that Ty is a pushover just from this match, Payne....

Payne: I don’t have to; I already got that idea from the King for a Day match...

Copeland: Oh, snap!

Cohen: Shut up, Seabass.

Bratchny grabs Ty’s legs, breathing heavily and locks in a Boston Crab. Ty screams out in pain, pounding his fists on the mat. He claws himself forward on the mat, inching his way slowly to the ropes. Finally he clutches the ropes, but Bratchny wrenches Ty back into the middle of the ring and leans back more, putting more pressure on Ty’s back. Ty grits his teeth looking for a means to escape. He quickly swings his right arm back, grabbing onto Bratchny’s leg. Ty pulls Bratchny’s leg from under him and Bratchny falls forward and through the ropes to the outside. Ty grabs onto the ropes and hoists himself to his feet and Bratchny slowly gets up on the outside. Bratchny climbs onto the apron, but he’s met with a running high knee from Ty which forcefully knocks him off the apron and sends him crashing into the commentary table. Payne looks on from the table showing very little emotion as Ty climbs out of the ring a picks up Bratchny without even glancing at pain. With the referee starting to count them out, Ty Irish whips Bratchny towards the steel steps at ringside. Bratchny reverses the Irish whip, but Ty reverses the reversal, pulling Bratchny into a huge spinebuster on the floor. Ty uses the ring apron to pull himself to his feet before picking up Bratchny and sliding him into the ring. Ty quickly goes for the pin, 1.... 2.... Bratchny gets a shoulder up!

Payne: Ty can’t seem to get the 3 count... Which he better get used to if he’s going to go after me.

Cohen: Awfully cocky for a rookie, ain’tcha?

Ty picks up Bratchny, signalling for the Ouija Flame but Bratchny grabs Ty by the throat to go for a chokeslam. Bratchny lifts up Ty, but Ty floats over, landing behind Bratchny and locks in a Dragon Sleeper. Bratchny quickly reacts, hitting Ty with an uppercut from the awkward angle, causing Ty to break the hold and stumble backwards. Bratchny hits a big clothesline on Ty, taking down Ty. Bratchny grabs Ty’s legs, going for the Boston Crab again but Ty sees it coming this time, grabbing Bratchny’s head and rolling him up into a Schoolboy pin, 1.... 2.... Bratchny kicks out! Both men lie on their backs for a few moments, trying to catch their breath before they both slowly get to their feet. Ty hits a right hand, which Bratchny quickly returns. Both men exchange punches before Bratchny gets the advantage backing Ty into the ropes before Irish whipping him across the ring. Ty ducks under the clothesline, turns Bratchny around and lifts him up, again trying to go for the Ouija Flame, but Bratchny pushes off Ty’s shoulders and lands on his feet. He quickly kicks Ty in the gut and hits a big DDT. Bratchny crawls over to Ty for the pin, 1.... 2... Ty gets a shoulder up!

Copeland: A great showing from both men. Liking the match so far, Corey?

Payne doesn’t reply, watching the match intently at this point. Bratchny gets himself up and measures Ty, wanting to go for the Ouija Flame. Ty gets to his feet and sees Bratchny coming. He runs at Bratchny, hitting a Bicycle kick out of nowhere. Bratchny goes down and Ty leans back into the corner, recovering for a few moments. Bratchny manages to get to his feet, but he walks into the X Plex from Ty. Ty goes for the pin, 1.... 2.... Bratchny gets a shoulder up! Ty shouts out in frustration before getting up and viciously stomping Bratchny’s head. He lifts up Bratchny and slowly Irish whips him across the ring. But Bratchny springboards off the ropes, hitting From Russia with Love on Ty! Both men are down, with Bratchny to hurt to make the pin. The referee starts the count. Neither man stirs until the count reaches 5 as both men slowly start to get up. They make it to their feet by 9 and both men again start exchanging right hands. Bratchny goes for a big forearm shot but Ty ducks under it. He lifts up Bratchny and finally hits the Ouija Flame and goes for the pin, 1... 2.... 3!

Harrys: Here is your winner, Ty Burna!

Ty slowly gets to his feet and has his hand raised by the referee. On the outside, Payne is on his feet, staring at Ty. Ty turns and meets his gaze. The crowd cheer loudly as the tension can be felt from both men locking eyes. Ty shakes his head and rolls out of the ring. Payne looks focused as Ty slowly makes his way back up the ramp.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The camera cuts backstage, where The KillJoy is recovering from his match with Phoenix in the locker room with an ice pack on his neck. Chuck Myles walks into the locker room towards KillJoy.

Myles: Disappointing loss. But hey, keep your head up because I’ve decided that at Redemption, you’ll be going one on one with the Mayhem Champion for the title. Oh, and Vance has a big announcement concerning the Mayhem Division tomorrow on Ascension, you’re going to want to be there. Trust me.

Myles walks out of the locker room, as a grin spreads across KillJoy’s face.

The ring is set up fot the live edition of The Show. A mauve carpet is layed out over the ring. 2 flat panel T.V's are lowered near the back ring posts. 2 High chairs occupy the ring with a small round table in-between. "Ladies and Gentleman" hits as Showtime Cougar steps out and walks to the ring. The crowd is growing quite supportive of him. He steps into the ring and posses on the turnbuckle before grabbing a mic.

Cougar: Welcome ladies and gentleman to the first edition of The Show live on Meltdown. Folks I am excited about this, can you feel the electricity. I can feel it. I can feel it with every step I take. I can feel it on the edge of my hands as I hold this mic, I can feel it every time that you fans cheer. Let me hear you.

The crowd lets out a huge roar.

Ya, that's what I'm talking about. Now in under one month, Redemption will fall upon us and the biggest rematch of The Year of Showtime will take place there. My guest tonight will be none other than my opponent at Redemption, and before we lock horns at Ascension we will stand face to face right here so lets get him out here right now. Ladies and gentleman my guest, Big Dave.

"Deceiver" starts playing as Big Dave struts down the ramp with his EurAsian belt resting on his shoulder and casually enters the ring, mic already in hand.

Welcome to The Show Dave, I see you are looking quite sharp wearing my belt.

Dave: Ha ha, you think your funny Showtime. The fact is this belt was never yours. This belt represents the super continent of Europe and Asia, and once it came into the hands of someone from that great nation did it finally have a beginning. This belt is MY belt now, and I'll be damned if I ever let it fall in the hands of someone not from its land ever again.

Yes you're right. A great belt like that deserves to be held by someone who can properly represent it. Isn't it strange though that in your home land, right in the heart of what should be your people... you were boo'ed whereas I was cheered.

Those hypocrites are confused and blinded towards what they should do by your antics. They don't want to see exciting technical wrestling. They want to be entertained. You and your show have brain washed them into thinking everythings a joke, a good laugh. Well what they are missing is a superstar born to lead this company into a greater era. One who continues to show that he is the premier wrestler of his time, and one who beat you at Kingdom Come and knows that he can do it again.

That so. Well you're right Dave. You did beat me at Kingdom Come, I admit it. But you and I both know that I hit The Final Act of you and I can damn well do it again. I was foolish to not go for the pin and I payed the price. Make no mistake, at Redemption I will hit it again and I will pin you 1, 2, 3.

Say what you will Showtime. Now is this all you have to say because if it is then I must go and prepare for our match tomorrow where I will show you personally that Kingdom Come was no fluke.

No, there is one last thing I wanted to discuss beore we part ways. It has to do with my contact. As you know I have been awarded my rematch, but what the clause in my contract states is that I have the right to pick the stipulation in that match.

The crowd roars and ig Dave visibly gulbs before flashing a cocky smile and speaking.

Okay, so what type of match do you want Showtime, a ladder match, a last man standing...

No, no, I don't want any match where your BFF Karnage can stick his nose on. No, you see, so far the high point in my career has been when I defeated Lars in 2 out of 3 matches. Well I won't be content to just beat you once in one night, no, no lucky breaks or cheap escapes, at Redemption I want to beat your ass twice! So at Redemption it will be Showtime Cougar verse Big Dave, best 2 out of 3 falls for the EurAsian title.

Crowd explodes as Dave looks around and speaks.

Fine, have it that way! I will be glad to completely humiliate you at Redemption. But do you know what one of the biggest differences between you and I is Showtime? You have never known what it's like to have a partner, someone who will always watch your back...

At that moment Karnage emerges from the crowd by the announce tables.

And someone who knows how to setup a jump.

Both men drop their mics and begin trading fists. Showtime spears Dave to the mat and keeps punching him. Karnage enters the ring. Showtime gets up and starts trading fists with him. As he begins to get the upper hand, Dave comes from behind and knocks Showtime down. Both men start stomping away at Showtime. Trevor Steel suddenly appears and slids into the ring holding a steel chair wrapped in barbed wire. Dave rolls out of the ring and Karnage goes for a clothesline. Steel ducks it and hits Karnage in the gut. He holds the chair over Karnage, but Dave grabs Karnages lag and pulls him out before more damage can occur. Steel goes and checks on Showtime as Dave and Karnage retreat up the ramp. All 4 men stare off as they go to commercial.

Harrys: The following contest is a tag team match scheduled for one fall!

Everest and Frankie Smith walk out together, unacknowledging the crowd and just heading to the ring with a focused look on each other's eyes.

Harrys: Introducing first, at a combined weight of 443, the team of Frankie Smith and Everest!

Copeland: Well if you want a good chance to send a message out to any competition in the WZCW with Redemption only a few weeks away, this is it!

Cohen: Damn right there, it means the rightful champions will be having gold around their waist again soon!

Copeland: Not exactly what I meant...

Everest and Frankie talk ideas as the lights go down throughout the arena which gets the crowd excited as a song starts to play...

As this music plays, glitter pyro in the Red, White and Blue starts dropping like snow down from the titantron as USA and Titus enter the arena, both carrying the US flags to a huge uproar from the crowd. They wave the flags around before walking down and then handing their respective flags to some random kids in the audience.

Harrys: Their opponents, at a combined weight of 472 pounds, the team of USA and the WZCW World Heavyweight Champion, Titus!

Copeland: Listen to the ovation for these two truly respectful members of the locker room.

Cohen: While they may be good patriots, they're not the most respected!

Titus and USA climb into the ring and both pose on the turnbuckles before saluting the crowd which starts a huge "USA, USA!" chant as they both climb down and the lights come back up fully while Titus hands his World Title belt to the referee who passes it over to the timekeeper. The referee signals for the bell as Titus and Everest start off circling around the ring before quickly locking up in the middle as Titus locks on to his adversary’s head but is shoved off by Everest who waits for Titus on the rebound but it knocked to the floor by a shoulder block. Titus then runs at the ropes to his right as Everest lays on his front waiting for him to pass over and is up quickly to catch Titus with a hurricanrana followed by a quick pin attempt 1…..2…. kickout by Titus. Both men get back on their feet as Titus kicks Everest in the leg to knock him off balance before going for the quick DDT. He tags in USA which gets a positive reaction from the crowd as he drops an elbow on Everest before picking him up and then giving him a back suplex to the mat.

He gets Everest up again who goes for a right hand to the face but receives an even bigger one from USA who then goes for the irish whip, albeit with Everest keeping a grip on his hand and uses the momentum to get himself behind USA and german suplexing him over his head. Using the ropes for leverage, he lifts himself up in the air and slams a knee into USA’s chest as Frankie reaches out for the tag which Everest responds to and brings him into the match for the first time. They team up and throw USA into the corner before Everest irish whips Frankie into the corner hitting a hard clothesline against USA right before he drags him into Everest’s boot, who then leaves to his corner.

Copeland:
Nice odd showing of team work here.

Cohen: It’s what winners are made of!

Frankie gives USA a few stomps before getting up and then slamming him back down again with a neckbreaker and goes for Anaconda Vice but then “Wanna Be Loved” starts playing to the crowds excitement as everyone looks up at the entrance to see Carmen Bratchny walk out with a steel chair, he walks a few paces forward with everyone except USA all standing and staring at him in waiting. But he opens the chair and proceeds to sit at the top of the entrance ramp with his arms crossed which gets the crowd booing but doesn’t keep the action far from the ring. Frankie turns around and is caught by a small package from USA 1……2….. kickout. Frankie quickly tags Everest back in who quickly heads to the other corner to knock Titus off the ring apron to the floor as quickly hits an enziguri on USA and goes for a cover of his own 1……2…..kickout by USA.

Everest then takes USA’s legs and looks for the cloverleaf but the moment he applies it, Titus is back on the apron with a steel chair in hand which gets the crowd excited and Everest relinquishes the hold and heads over to where the referee and Titus talk. Titus tries to assure that he had no intentions of using it and drops it off the side whilst Everest argues that Titus should be disqualified but the referee is having none of it. Everest then eyes in the direction of USA who is back on his feet and rushes over to go for The Rock Slide but USA elbows out of it and hits the Rocket’s Red Glare, he goes for the cover as Titus climbs inside to stop Frankie from considering to enter the ring 1…..2…..3. The crowd gets in an uproar at the shock of the sudden end as Titus quickly goes outside as Frankie climbs in the ring.

Harrys: Here are your winners…

Frankie attacks USA from behind as Everest sits up in a state of shock before turning around grudgingly and gets up on his feet and goes to join Frankie in the attack. But suddenly Titus slides back in with the steel chair and whacks Everest from behind who flinches in pain right as Titus takes out Frankie by the head. He gives Everest a second shot, taking him down to the mat. Titus throws down the chair and picks up USA who is slightly staggering but ok as Titus raises’ his partner’s hand to the cheer of the crowd as Bratchny is now standing from his chair and clapping slowly as he looks on at the two victors. Titus looks towards Bratchny’s direction as the referee passes him his belt back before slowly raising it in the air.

Copeland:
Quite a high amount of intensity going on here, USA getting the shocking pin over Everest and Titus giving us a surprising but relieving chairshot to Everest, as Bratchny watches over his opponents for Redemption.

Cohen: What do you mean relieving? Everest was defenceless, someone prosecute Titus right now!

Copeland: He was protecting USA who got the rightful victory. But anyhow, it looks like Titus has sent a clear strong message to Everest and Bratchny as he sits only two weeks away from his first title defence at Redemption. Who’s going to be the Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion? Well hopefully Ascension will shed more light on the situation tomorrow, but until then. I am Sebastian Copeland with Jack Cohen, I’ll see you next week!
