A large office with four people around a desk. Behind is WZCW Meltdown General Manager Vance Bateman. Opposite is Leon Kensworth, Stacey Madison and Johnny Klamor.
Vance: It's been a year. You obviously all want him. Make your case.
The camera pans through all three announcers who look at each other. Before anyone else can speak Leon Kensworth stands up.

Both Stacey and Johnny laugh.
Leon: ..what's so funny?
The nervousness in Leon's voice at this is clear. The other two stop laughing as Klamor readies himself.
Johnny: Sit down kiddo. Can't you remember the time you were kidnapped by Vengeance? He rescued you and you cost him a world title match?
Kensworth goes white as a sheet.
Leon: I tend to black that out.
Johnny: Exactly. So if you want to talk being respected in the business you have me. I've 20 years experience and that's before I got to WZCW.
A chuckle from Stacey is heard.
Stacey: That's funny. How many people even remember you exist? You rarely interview people, and when you do it's hardly filling with confidence. To put it bluntly there's only one perfect person to interview him and that's Becky Serra. As she's busy with pastures new that leaves things to me. I will interview him.
The two male announcers look at each other and nod as if to say yeah sure go ahead.
Vance: It's yours Madison.
The scene changes to backstage WZCW. The logo is on display as Madison is stood up. The camera is zoomed on her face, she's clearly with someone and we all know who that is.
Stacey: I am stood here with WZCW Hall of Famer Titus Avison fresh off the back of his first match in the ring in a year.
A zoom out to a visibly joyful Titus.
Titus: It is good to be back! What a rush that was. Hello Stacey, looking good.
Stacey: I always look good.
A second or two awkward pause before Stacey continues.
Stacey: So we've heard the legends, but it's been a year. For people who only started watching after your induction tell us what makes Titus.
Titus: I am a five time Oscar winner, winning my first for the film...
Stacey: We know your film career. I'm talking about WZCW.
Titus: Hall of famer 2014 with a distinguished career spanning from Meltdown 1. I'm a Lethal Lottery winner, Elite X title holder oh and won the World title. Twice. Also I've been the hero known as Red Mask. I've been called a hero, a legend, the best in WZCW history but I am just me.
Stacey: So why? Why come back? I'd hardly say your last run with the company was stellar.
Titus: That's exactly why. I was not in the right frame of mind for months and months and lost a lot. I took time out, ran for mayor of Keystone and realised WZCW is my true passion in life. That's why I returned. I'd rather have me out there than some Aussie bloke who doesn't know whether he's coming or going.
Stacey: What is your next target?
Titus: I could go the Eurasian route. I could find a buddy and go for the tag belts. I could win the Lethal Lottery. I could become Elite X champion or be the Heavyweight champion of the world. Either way I'm already a hall of famer and I want just one thing.
Stacey: What is that?
Titus: I just want to have fun. You'll see that against Noah Ryder, win or lose I've got my love for this back.
Fade to black.

Rain falls down on the streets of Dublin, Ireland. The sky is dark and thunder rumbles over the patter of rain on the roofs. Lighting strikes, which brightens up the area, and for a brief bit we see a large old church. A taxi cab stops in front of it and a man jumps out of it, holding a magazine over his head to keep himself somewhat dry. He enters the church and shakes off a bit of the rain. Steven looks up in awe of the church and backs up into a display of candles, nearly knocking them over. After making sure the candles are steady and in place, he walks over to a confessional booth and kneels down inside.
Steven: Bless me father for I have sinned. My last confession was..... my first one when I was 14.
Priest: Add ease, my son. Christ is with you always, and he loves you. I have seen noble saints come in her with a grocery list full of sins to repent, I'm sure that your sins are no different. By coming here now you have shown to be a good and caring individual, and Christ will forgive you. Now what is it that has brought you here today?
I've... I've been dishonest to my friend. I've lied to him countless times already. It's getting to the point where not only am I never saying anything truthful to him, but I'm finding I no longer care to be honest.
My word my son. What has led you down this path of dishonesty?

My friend is unable to retain any new memories. When he goes to sleep he has no recollection of what happened the day before.

That's putting it mildly. Recently he made the decision to get himself some tattoos. It's become a daily thing to explain every morning.
Perhaps leaving a note every morning for him to read. Or if he's planning on continuing this questionable body deification maybe a tattoo explaining it.
I wish, but no it can't be that simple. You see my friend is a professional wrestler. Years ago he was supposed to debut for this company called WZCW. On the day of his first match, he got into a car accident, which caused this form of memory loss. Now that he's working there again, he asked me to keep him in the dark so he live his dream.

Yea that's what he says too. Recently he's been finding out who his opponent is long before the day of his match. That's been a new challenge.
And lately, I've just been really slipping, talking about things I shouldn't or things that haven't happened yet in his world.
Personally, I don't feel that you've committed any sins. You are a good person to abide by your friends wishes.
Well see here's where the sins begin. I've become so tired with explaining what's happened or trying to cover up something that recently I've started chloroforming him whenever a situation arises.

Well my son, that is indeed something to repent. What I want you to do now is say the Lords prayer 4 times and Hail Mary 4 times. I will then give you Christ's blessing.

Outside the confessional, the Father is speaking quietly on his phone.
Mother Mary. I need you to contact John at the psych ward. Tell him we have two pupils who will make excellent additions to his institution. And please collect his donation ASAP. This rain has caused another leak in our roof. Perhaps you should contact the police while I keep this one-
A chloroform soaked rag is placed over the Fathers mouth as he falls to the floor.

Kensworth: Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Standing next to me at this time, the always entertaining Noah Ryder. Noah how are you feeling going into your match tonight against the legend, Titus?
Well first thank you very much for the compliment Leon. I had no idea you guys knew about my standup comedy. Truth be told I do a very good president Mitt Romney. It's going to be hilarious if he wins the election coming up.
Leon laughs histairacalay. Noah doesn't laugh quite as much.
Truth be told, I've been a mixed bag of emotions since finding out that I am facing the one and only Titus. There's not many multi time World Heavyweight champions in WZCW. He's a legend so I know that I have to be my very best to even come close to beating him. I've stopped quite a bit to think about how and why this match has come about. What purpose am I here in WZCW for. Am I legitimately being given a chance, or have I simply been brought up in here to be an enhancement talent for the likes of Titus, and Callahan, and Rush.
Whatever the company thinks of me, I got to think positively about myself. You know, I honestly have no idea how I got these tattoos, but the message they say rings true with how to be successful in life. Don't get down. Never give up. There are a dozen reasons to be down about this match and a million reasons to give up when I'm in the ring, but I'm never going to get anywhere in WZCW by feeling like that or doing that. I have to look at the positives in life, my health is good, my memory is sharp. The world's economy is on the upswing. Jennifer Aniston is going to get married soon and so am I with my girl friend Jessica. This match could make my career in an instant, but it could also define what the rest of my career will be also if I lose. I can't think about any of that, all that I am focused on is going out there, introducing myself to Titus and the fans of WZCW, and give them all the best performance I can give. I have heard legends of Titus. Tonight everyone will learn about the legend of Noah Ryder.
