He was not charged with fucking her against her will, Will. He was charged with Rape 2 or Rape 3 or something, which pretty much means "You banged some broad that is underage and didn't know she was underage." She was only 15 (soon to be 16) at the time, and that is why he got charged with "rape." If he wasn't the greatest linebacker of all time, he probably would have been charged with soliciting a prostitute. Either way, he fucked up, but it isn't as bad as the media first reported it.
