LOWO TV

Pyro goes off as the LOWO logo pops up and the LOWO theme begins to play.

Steven Williams and Robert Cook are shown at the commentary table with big smiles on their faces, obviously excited for the show starting.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to LOWO’s very first weekly show, live from New Orleans! I am Steven Williams, alongside Rob Cook, welcoming you to the beginning of a new era in pro wrestling!

Thanks, Steve. Yes, we have a new era starting here. Two tournaments will be on-going for the next three weeks, leading up to the crowning of the very first LOWO Heavyweight and Tag Team Champions four weeks from tonight!

The crowd falls to a dead silence as the two commentators pause. The titantron then lights up and music begins to play.

The crowd has mixed reactions as LOWO chairman Chris Lincoln walks out, dressed in an immaculate suit and a smile on his face.

Everyone, welcome to LOWO! I wanted to introduce myself to those who don’t know me- I am LOWO’s chairman, Chris Lincoln. I’ll just go ahead and say have a wonderful night! Let’s waste no more time. We have a show to start, and the first match is part of round one for the Heavyweight Tournament; Roy Heimdall will face Kenzo Misawa, and it starts now!

The crowd cheers as Mr. Lincoln walks backstage. There is a brief pause before the titantron lights up once again while ring announcer Leon Johnson enters the ring from the side opposite the ramp.

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Phoenix, AZ, weighing in at 223 pounds… ROY HEIMDALL!

The crowd has mixed reactions as Roy Heimdall walks on stage, no expression on his face. He walks slowly to the ring, removing his shirt once inside, bearing only his solid-grey trunks. He walks over to a corner and squats down, awaiting his opponent.

Roy doesn’t seem too happy to be in the opening match.

He’s not upset either. Is he emotionless or something?

And his opponent, from Tokyo, Japan, weighing in at 206 pounds… KENZO MISAWA!

The crowd pops as Kenzo Misawa, wearing long white tights with red dots on either side of the legs, runs up on stage. He clears the ramp with a couple jumps, a firework going off on the edge of the stage for each jump. He then hops into the ring, jumps up on the top turnbuckle near Heimdall, and yells, “Remember Mitsuharu!”

Kenzo, on the other hand, is all about this match! I’m eager myself to see what the kin of Mitsuharu Misawa can do.

I’ve been told he uses moves that Mitsuharu used in his prime, but he’s so much smaller than he was. I wonder how that will play out.

LOWO Heavyweight Championship Tournament Round One Match
Roy Heimdall vs. Kenzo Misawa

*Bell Rings*

Kenzo stretches out his arm for a handshake, which Roy ignores. The two men begin circling around the ring before Kenzo hops up on Roy’s shoulders, hits a flying head scissors, and makes a quick cover.

…1!

…2!

Roy kicks out and quickly rolls out of the ring.

Wow! I certainly didn’t see that coming. Kenzo already almost ending the match right there!

It looks like Roy may have bitten off more than he can chew by coming to LOWO. This is where the big boys play.

Roy continues to stand outside of the ring, hands on his hips, obviously frustrated. The ref wastes no time in beginning the count.

…1!

…2!

…3!

And so on. At “9,” Roy slides back in the ring, where Kenzo waits for him. Kenzo hops up on Roy’s shoulders for a hurricarana, but Roy is ready this time, and counters it into a powerbomb, and makes the cover.

…1!

…2!

Kenzo barely kicks out in time.

Roy almost had the win right there! What a massive powerbomb!

What in the world, man? You can’t just stand around outside like that and take a break! This man is a disgrace.

Roy grabs Kenzo by his hair, brings him to the center of the ring, and hits an Inverted DDT, where he again makes a cover.

…1!

…2!

Kenzo again barely breaks the pin. Roy then walks over to one of the corners and begins stomping his foot, waiting for Kenzo to get up.

I think Roy is looking to hit a superkick!

This might be the end for Kenzo… what a pity. Roy doesn’t deserve this win.

When Kenzo finally rises to both feet, Roy moves in for a superkick, but Kenzo dodges out of the way, hits the Shining Wizard, and goes for the cover.

…1!

…2!

Roy barely kicks out.

What a beautiful counter from Kenzo Misawa! WOW!

It looks like things have turned around for the Japanese prodigy.

Kenzo then hovers over Roy, waiting for him to get up. When he does, Kenzo hits the Tribute to Mitsuharu, but Roy lands on his feet. When Kenzo turns around, he runs into a superkick, where Roy goes for the cover.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner, ROY HEIMDALL!

The crowd has mixed reactions as the ref holds Roy’s arm up in victory; most of the crowd is, however, booing him, due to his rejection of the handshake and his rolling out of the ring.

What a great first match! Roy Heimdall sticks the landing and lands into the next round.

Hate to admit it, but that was a great reversal from Roy. Hopefully his attitude changes over the course of this tournament though; I don’t like his current one.

Well, ladies and gents, we are heading to commercial, but when we come back, the first round of our tournament continues with the Samoan Deron Badu taking on Aaron “The Assassin” Paulsen!

*Commercial Break*
--
LOWO returns from its commercial break to head right into the next match.

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from the Isle of Samoa, weighing in at 350 pounds… DERON BADU!

The crowd has mixed reactions as the monstrous Samoan appears on the stage, wearing solid-black trunks. His music cuts off when he enters the center of the ring and he starts doing a Samoan cultural dance to a nice pop from the crowd. He then rolls out of the ring, waiting for his opponent.

Samoa has two things: big guys, and wrestlers. This monster is a combination of both.

Oh, yeah. He won’t be an easy opponent to overcome for sure.

And his opponent, from Phoenix, AZ, weighing in at 266 pounds, he is “The Assassin”… AARON PAULSEN!

Johnson is barely able to finish his introduction before the crowd starts a chorus of boos. Aaron walks out on stage cockily, a bit of a strut in his step and a cheese-eating grin on his face. He wears long black, white, and grey checkered tights with skulls and crossbones on either side of the tights, and a shirt bearing his nickname, “Assassin.” He continues his conceited walk to the ring, taking off his shirt slowly before throwing it to the crowd. Badu hops back in the ring, obviously unimpressed.

Nobody looks too happy to see Aaron here tonight, to include Deron.

Ooh, the way he walks… I hate him already.

LOWO Heavyweight Championship Tournament Round One Match
Deron Badu vs. Aaron Paulsen

*Bell Rings*

Deron immediately runs in for a massive clothesline. Aaron easily dodges it and trips the Samoan with a drop toe hold. Capitalizing, The Assassin begins to stomp on the back of his opponent’s head to a chorus of boos from the crowd.

Deron was a bit too hasty with that clothesline.

He shouldn’t be able to stomp on his head like that! DQ him!

Aaron appears to get bored of stomping on Deron, so he hoists him up and hits two snap suplexes in quick succession, then goes for a pin.

…1!

Badu easily powers out.

It will take more than that to take out this massive beast.

Of course it will. Do you see how big he is?

A frown crossing his face, Aaron hoists Deron back up and this time hits three snap suplexes in quick succession, and then covers him again.

…1!

…2!

Badu kicks out, much to Aaron’s chagrin.

A little closer that time, but still not nearly enough.

Is this kid serious?

Aaron again hoists up the Samoan, and this time hits the Demon Neck Crank to a massive boo from the crowd. Paulsen then goes to one of the corners and sits on the top turnbuckle, waiting for Deron to get back up.

Now that’s just uncalled for. And how narcissistic can one man be?

Is that move even legal?

As Deron rises to his feet, Aaron hops off the turnbuckle and moves in to hit his double brainbuster. He manages to hit the first; however, when going for the second, Deron uses his massive size to weigh himself down, causing both men to fall down, Deron atop Aaron.

…1!

…2!

Aaron barely manages to get a shoulder up in time. What a great counter from the Samoan!

I thought Badu had the win right there! Bigger really does seem to be better, and Paulsen has taken this man’s size for granted.

Deron lifts Aaron back up and Irish whips him into the corner. He grabs hold of his arm, steps up on the top rope, and hits the Old School.

What a move! I didn’t think Deron could walk on the top rope like that.

Just imagine how much that had to hurt; 350 pounds falling down on your arm like that! Ouch.

Badu then drags him over to the corner, gets up on the second rope, and hits the Banzai Drop for the pin.

…1!

…2!

Aaron manages to get his foot on the rope.

That would’ve been it right there!

If only Deron hadn’t pinned Aaron so close to the ropes…

Deron then lifts Aaron up onto his shoulders, preparing to hit the Samoan Drop, but Paulsen slides off and rolls Badu up in a School Boy.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner, AARON PAULSEN!

The crowd erupts into boos as Aaron rolls out of the ring and “bows,” saying, “Thank you one and all, until next time!”

I swore Deron would win that one! Well, like it or not, Paulsen moves on to the next round.

You bet I don’t like it. What an imbecile this so-called Assassin is.

Well, everyone, coming up after our break, the Tag Team Tournament begins as the Dyna Bros. take on the Jackson Bros.!

*Commercial Break*

The following tag-team contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, at a combined weight of 516 pounds, Matt and Mike… THE DYNA BROS.!

The crowd boos as the two walk to the ring, both wearing long solid-brown tights, with Matt shouting, “Get ready to blow!” as Mike wears a grin similar to that of Aaron Paulsen’s. The pair hop in the ring and climb opposite turnbuckles, both arms raised in the air, to even louder boos than before.

Get ready to blow? Is this a play on the name Dyna? Dynamite?

They should switch their entrance song to “TNT.”

And their opponents, at a combined weight of 492 pounds, Jerome and Tyrone… THE JACKSON BROS.!

The crowd has mixed reactions as the pair appears on stage, wearing matching long blue tights with JB in orange on either side of their legs, microphones in hand, and singing along with Drake. The two then bounce along to the ring, and as they slide in, the Dyna Bros. strip them of their microphones and start beating them over their heads with them to a massive chorus of boos from the crowd.

What kind of crap is this? Attacking your opponents before a match; what cowards.

I’ll say. Yet, sadly, it looks like they’ll have the edge in this match as a result.

After a few moments, the ref finally manages to break it up and get each team in their designated corner; Mike Dyna gets on the apron, and so does Jerome Jackson, making it obvious Matt Dyna and Tyrone Jackson will be starting off the match.

LOWO Tag Team Championship Tournament Round One Match
Matt Dyna and Mike Dyna vs. Jerome Jackson and Tyrone Jackson

*Bell Rings*

Tyrone runs forward, taking down Matt with a double leg takedown and beginning to pound him in the face. Matt desperately swings out his arms, eventually grabbing the bottom rope with his left hand. The ref counts up to 4 before Tyrone gets off of him.

It’s obvious Tyrone is upset about the pre-match beat down.

You bet he is- he just gave Matt a beat down of his own!

Matt barely rises to his feet before Tyrone Irish whips him into the corner where Jerome is. Tyrone tags him in and the two Irish whip Matt off the ropes and hit a double clothesline and elbow drop. Tyrone gets onto the apron as Jerome makes the cover.

…1!

…2!

Matt manages to kick out in the nick of time.

Nice teamwork we’re seeing here from the Jacksons. And that’s the key to winning this tournament; cooperating with your partner to take down your common enemies.

Matt again barely makes it to his feet before his opponent grabs hold of him. Jerome grabs him by his hair and drops him with a DDT and makes another quick cover.

…1!

…2!

Matt again powers out just in time.

Have to hand it to Matt Dyna; he’s very resilient.

I suppose… but it looks like his resilience is about to end!

Jerome tags in Tyrone and the two grab Matt by his hair. They prepare to hit the Double DDT, but Matt elbows Tyrone in the gut, loosening his grip enough to slide away and tag in Mike, who wastes no time in assaulting Tyrone. Jerome attempts to make the save, but the ref gets a hold of him and the two begin to argue. With the ref distracted, Matt slides back in the ring with a table from under the ring, and the pair hit Dynamite on Tyrone through the table. Matt grabs all the pieces of the table up and slides out of the ring with them, and as Mike pins Tyrone, Matt pulls Jerome out of the ring.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here are your winners, THE DYNA BROS.!

The crowd roars their displeasure as Matt and Mike hop on the top turnbuckles, arms raised in victory. Matt cups his hands to his mouth and yells “Y’all just got blown up!” as Mike makes a motion of a belt around his waist with his conceited grin on his face.

Where on Earth did that table come from? And how did the ref not just see that?

This match was just totally ridiculous. This NIGHT has been ridiculous. Can I go home now?

Not yet, Rob, because after this commercial break, Mike Solomon takes on Big Andre $!

*Commercial Break*

--

The commercial break ends and the lights cut off until the music begins.

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Salt Lake City, UT, weighing in at 289 pounds… MIKE SOLOMON!

The nearly 7 foot tall man steps out onto the stage, a scowl across his face and wearing long black tights with a flame design, to a chorus of boos. Solomon walks down the ramp, where someone in the front row starts yelling at him. Solomon walks over to him, gets in his face, and says, “I will destroy you” very calmly. He then enters the ring, waiting for his opponent.

What was that about? He can’t destroy him, unless he wants to be sued.

Then again, the guy shouldn’t have yelled at him. Shouldn’t disrespect an athlete, even if they are a bunch of morons; at least, the ones I’ve seen so far are.

And his opponent, from Miami, FL, weighing in at 333 pounds… BIG ANDRE $!

Andre walks slowly to the ring, wearing a fedora, fur coat, and leather pants, to a mixed reaction from the crowd. Upon entering the ring, Andre throws the fedora and jacket out into the crowd, leaving him only clad in his pants.

Wait, somebody explain something… is it an “S” or a “$”?

I think it’s a “$” pronounced as an “S”.

LOWO Heavyweight Championship Tournament Round One Match
Mike Solomon vs. Big Andre $

*Bell Rings*

As soon as the bell rings, Mike runs in and hits the Clothesline from Hell. He then picks up Andre and Irish whips him, hitting him with a Big Boot. He then cries out, “Destroy everything!” as he hoists up Andre and hits the Solo-Bomb and makes the cover.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner, MIKE SOLOMON!

The crowd falls in dead silence at the speed of which the match they had just witnessed had gone. Mike Solomon rejects the ref’s offer of raising his hand in victory and storms out of the ring and heads backstage.

What… what just happened?

Goes to show there’s no room for pimps in professional wrestling. Sorry, Andre.

Well, uh… up next is another tag team tournament match, and I don’t think we need a commercial break; we have plenty of time. My God, that was fast, though.

The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, at a combined weight of 468 pounds, Shawn Toxic and Bryan Static… TOXIC THUNDER!

The crowd pops massively as the two appear on stage in their leather jackets, Shawn in purple trunks and Bryan in yellow. The two run down the ramp in jump into the ring, where they both yell in unison, “Toxic… Thunder!” to a massive pop from the crowd. The two then remove their jackets and await their opponents.

Looks like these two have loads of energy! And just look at this crowd! They’re going bananas for these guys.

These guys have a great attitude about them. My favorites, calling it now!

And their opponents, at a combined weight of 461 pounds… the team of CHRIS HAWKINS and BRET YOUNG!

The two come out to mixed reactions, both men clad in solid white trunks. They walk down the ramp to the beat of their entrance music and hop up in the ring. Hawkins and Toxic go onto the apron, showing Bret Young and Bryan Static will start the match.

Interesting; they don’t have a team name.

They may not need one, depending on how they do here.

LOWO Tag Team Championship Tournament Round One Match
Shawn Toxic and Bryan Static vs. Chris Hawkins and Bret Young

*Bell Rings*

Bret and Bryan begin to circle around the ring. Seeing an opening, Bret comes in and clips Bryan’s right leg, causing him to fall down. Bret bounces off the ropes and hits a leg drop before making a quick cover.

…1!

…2!

Bryan powers out.

Quick thinking there by Young, but not enough to take down Bryan Static!

Well, of course not! The match just started… not that it meant anything in the last match.

Frustrated, Bret again hits a leg drop and makes a quick cover.

…1!

…2!

Bryan again kicks out.

Another failed attempt from Bret!

Maybe 3rd time’s a charm…

Bret seems to start fuming with rage. He grabs Static and Irish whips him to the corner with Chris Hawkins. Bret tags him in and the two throw Bryan down and hit a Double Extreme Leg Drop, after which Chris makes the cover.

…1!

…2!

Bryan gets his shoulder up yet again.

Static just won’t stay down!

I’m seeing loads of resolve from this kid.

Chris tags Bret back in and hoists Static on top of his shoulders. Bret heads up to the top rope and prepares for the Doomsday Device. At the last second, however, Bryan slides off, and Bret connects the top-rope clothesline onto his partner instead while Static tags in Shawn. He rolls Hawkins out of the ring and he and Static hit a double suplex on Young with Shawn making the cover.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here are your winners, TOXIC THUNDER!

The crowd cheers extraordinarily loud as Shawn and Bryan hug in victory, retrieve their jackets, and head out of the ring.

What a turnaround this team made!

I’m thoroughly impressed; but I feel Static didn’t really do anything except get the crap kicked out of him.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, after our final commercial break, Mark Harrison will face Joe King!

The crowd cheers at the sound of Joe King’s name.

*Commercial Break*

--

The commercial break ends and the main event begins.

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Cheyenne, WY, weighing in at 340 pounds… MARK HARRISON!

The crowd has mixed reactions as Harrison, clad in a blue t-shirt and black jeans, enters the ring slowly, a bit of an upset look on his face.

Mark doesn’t look too happy to be here. But why wouldn’t he be? He’s in the main event!

I think it’s more about who his opponent is.

And his opponent, from New Orleans, LA (the crowd explodes at the mention of the hometown), weighing in at 235 pounds… JOE KING!

Joe King emerges from the bottom of the stage, seated on a golden throne with purple velvet on it, wearing long black tights, a huge royal coat of sorts, and a crown. The crowd explodes at the sight of their hometown hero as two anonymous women appear, one taking the crown and one taking the coat. King walks to the ring, a big smile on his face, as he hops onto the top rope and shouts, “Behold the King!”

Looks like everyone is happy to see their hometown superstar in the main event!

Joe is very technical; I just hope that Harrison’s size won’t be too much of an obstacle for him to overcome.

LOWO Heavyweight Championship Tournament Round One Match
Mark Harrison vs. Joe King

*Bell Rings*

Mark wastes no time, charging forward and hitting a massive shoulder block, going for a quick cover.

…1!

Joe easily kicks out.

Harrison bolting in at the very start!

At least it hasn’t ended yet- I still feel sorry for Andre.

Mark, obviously frustrated with not getting the win from the beginning, hoists Joe back up and locks him in a Full Nelson.

Interesting… Mark’s using a submission hold against a technical wrestler.

Isn’t that just plain stupid?

Although he struggles with the size of Mark’s arms, Joe manages to squeeze free, ramming his elbow multiple times into Mark’s ribs. Joe then takes down Mark with a drop toe hold and locks a single-leg crab onto the big man.

Joe counters with a submission of his own!

This might be it right here!

Mark manages to rise up on his other leg, breaking free of the submission, before grabbing Joe and hitting a Full Nelson Suplex for a quick pin.

…1!

…2!

Joe manages to get his shoulder up.

What a counter from Harrison!

Things might be turning around- a shame if King loses in the first round, in his hometown to boot.

Harrison, even more frustrated than before, picks King back up and hits a Full Nelson Slam for another pin.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner, MARK-

The ref begins to signal “no,” as the clip is replayed on the titantron. It is shown that, at 2, Joe had managed to get his foot on the rope before 3, but the ref didn’t notice until after the call to ring the bell was made.

So, the match isn’t over?

It looks like they will restart the match. Can they really do that?

The crowd falls silent as Leon enters the center of the ring.

Our referee has reversed the decision! The attempted pin failed. The match will be restarted right now!

The crowd begins to cheer as Mark Harrison becomes angrier than he’d been before. He gets in the ref’s face and begins to argue with him before being forced to re-enter his corner. Joe, just now finding out what had happened, makes his way to the corner as Leon exits the ring and the match resumes.

*Bell Rings*

Harrison, in total anger, charges forward and grabs Joe by the neck. He attempts the Choke Bomb, but Joe manages to slip out of Mark’s grasp and Irish whips him, hitting the Spinebuster for a pin.

…1!

…2!

Mark manages to kick out.

Did you just see that? Joe hit a spinebuster on a man a quarter of a foot taller and 100 pounds heavier!

Now THAT’S power.

Joe wastes no time, attempting to lock in Kingdom Come, but Mark kicks Joe away and rises to his feet. He then rams Joe with another huge shoulder block, and hovers over him, waiting to hit the Choke Bomb.

This might be the end for Joe King.

Well, Shāh Māt, everyone.

When Joe finally makes it to his feet, Mark grabs him by the neck for the Choke Bomb, but Joe again slips away and hits a double leg takedown, locking in Kingdom Come on Mark at the center of the ring.

Kingdom Come is locked in!

What a counter! Center of the ring; Mark has nowhere to go!

Mark tries desperately to break the hold, but Joe only cinches it tighter. Mark then tries to drag himself to the ropes, but Joe won’t let him budge. With nowhere to go and nothing to do, Mark taps out.

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner by submission, JOE KING!

The crowd cheers massively as Joe releases Mark and the ref raises his hand in victory. Upon turning around, however, Mark rises and hits both Joe and the ref with a Choke Bomb.

Mark has no reason to be happy, but this is just pure madness!

Shield me, Steven!

Mark hits three more Choke Bombs on Joe before apparently being satisfied, steps out of the ring, and walks up the ramp.

Well, ladies and gentlemen… thank you for joining us. We’ll see you next week as the first rounds of our tournaments continue.

Somebody please call a paramedic!

Show ends with the screen panning Mark Harrison on the stage, a sadistic smile on his face, the titantron above him showing Joe King sprawled out in the middle of the ring, the crowd booing the loudest they had all night.

Confirmed for next week…
• The tournaments continue! Match card to be posted on LOWO’s website at a later date.
• Mark Harrison to explain his actions!
• Will Joe King be present?
Find out next time!

A Nightmare review:

Hey man decided to check out your work and give you some feedback so here we go. The boss wasting no time getting right to the action different but not bad.

One thing I will say is from what I could tell you had two big powerhouse guys wrestle but their size wasn't a factor in the matches maybe you could have had their opponent struggle to get them off their feet or struggle to lift them up? Just a thought.

You put out some good matches for your first show which is always good to see but in the future you might wanna add some promos to the show just to break it up a little bit. Wasn't the best show I ever read but it was alright I think you need to put more detail into matches for example if somebody's finisher has a special name then maybe add a little note saying what the move is supposed to be and in one match you had somebody (cant remember who off the top of my head) lock in a submission but you didn't say what the submission was...that was annoying to me.

Overall I would say improve on the little tips I gave you and your good to go the formatting was fine also less youtube videos might be a good idea it took awhile for the thread to load because of them and I didn't watch them to me they just clutter a thread up. Anyway nice work on your first show looking forward to seeing what your produce in the future!

The show opens with a clip recapping what happened on last week’s episode, ending with the scene of Mark Harrison on the stage, looking out to an unconscious Joe King.

*CRASH*

The LOWO logo pops up, and the camera pans over to Steven Williams and Robert Cook at the commentary table.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our second weekly LOWO show, live from Atlanta! The tournaments for the very first championships continue tonight, as we get to see the second half of the roster compete!

Also, Mark Harrison is to come out tonight and explain his actions, as you just saw on-screen a moment ago, or he will be released!

We also hope to give you an update on Joe King’s condition later on tonight.

I’m torn, Stevie… I want him to be released, but I want an explanation as well.

*BAD ROMANCE*

The crowd cheers as Chairman Chris Lincoln emerges onto the stage, a sour look on his face.

Everyone, if I may have your attention for just a moment!

The crowd falls into a dead silence.

I personally want to apologize for the misconduct you all witnessed last week. Though it was Harrison that did it, this was my fault. I never should have allowed such a man to enter this business.

The crowd seems to be a bit shocked at the fact that Lincoln is taking the blame.

Nonetheless, I want to give you a great night tonight, starting with a great match- Georgia’s own Patrick Vance takes on Alex Stone, and it starts NOW!

The crowd cheers as Chris Lincoln heads backstage and Leon Johnson enters the ring.

*RUMORS OF WAR*

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Waycross, GA, weighing in at 273 pounds… PATRICK VANCE!

The crowd cheers as Patrick, wearing golden-colored trunks, makes his way to the ring, sticking out his massive chest, ready to take on his opponent.

Looks like this big man is ready for anything! Not to mention he has the home-state advantage here.

Let’s also note that Patrick Vance is the pupil of none other than Joe King.

*NO SPARE PARTS*

And his opponent, from Richmond, VA, weighing in at 219 pounds… ALEX STONE!

The crowd begins to boo as Stone walks with an almost effeminate strut to the ring, wearing pink sunglasses and long tights to match.

Uh… who is this guy again?

Food for Mr. Vance, I’d say.

LOWO Heavyweight Championship Tournament Round One Match

Patrick Vance vs. Alex Stone

*Bell Rings*

Alex, still wearing his sunglasses, struts up to the center of the ring, and motions for Patrick to come and get him. Confused, Patrick moves toward him, but Stone turns and slips out of the ring. Vance rolls out and chases him to the other side, where Alex slides back in and bounces off the ropes. As Patrick slides in, Alex hits him in the face with a baseball slide, causing him to tumble out of the ring.

Ouch! Looks like Patrick fell for a dirty trick.

Have to say, that was something clever from Alex!

The ref begins the count.

…1!

…2!

…3!

And so on. At 7, Patrick makes it to his feet and slides back in, where Alex wastes no time, hitting him with a Full Nelson Suplex for a quick pin.

…1!

…2!

Vance lifts a shoulder, just in time.

Patrick almost lost it there! What an opponent this man is.

I take back my earlier comment. Vance is now food for Mr. Alex Stone!

Alex lifts Patrick back up and wrenches his arm, hitting it with 4 elbow smashes, before Vance manages to slip out of his grasp, grabbing him by the legs and hitting an inverted atomic drop for the cover.

…1!

…2!

Stone powers out.

Patrick doing his best to fight back, but will it be enough?

I don’t know, Steve… Alex is showing promise.

Patrick then lifts Alex back up, Irish whips him, and hits him with the Spinebuster, causing his sunglasses to fall off, for another quick cover.

…1!

…2!

Alex again kicks out.

Patrick using his tutor’s move, but even it hasn’t put Stone away!

He’ll need to come up with something else; hopefully something original.

Vance then backs up a few steps and squats down, motioning for Alex to get up. When he does, Patrick attempts the F-5, but Alex slips off his shoulders and rolls him up with a School Boy.

…1!

…2!

Patrick manages to power out.

What a counter! Stone almost had the win right there!

Mr. Lincoln was right; this IS a great match!

Stone then ascends the top rope and goes for his top rope elbow drop, but Patrick rolls out of the way in time. Patrick then hoists Alex back up and hits the F-5 for the pin.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner, PATRICK VANCE!
The crowd cheers as Patrick Vance, a smile crossing his face, rolls out of the ring, grabbing Alex’s pink sunglasses along the way, and puts them on as he ascends the ramp to head backstage.

Vance is heading to the next round! But… why did he take Stone’s sunglasses?

He wanted to add some swag to his victory, Steve!

Rob, don’t ever say “swag” again. Well, ladies and gentlemen, after our commercial break, “Electric” Eric Dawson will take on Seth Angel!

The screen then changes to the backstage area, where backstage interviewer Tyler Mathews is.

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my special guest at this time, Roy Heimdall.

Roy Heimdall appears on the screen, no expression on his face.

Roy, you were victorious in last week’s opening contest and are moving on to round 2 next week, where you are tentatively scheduled to face Joe King, although he may not be present. Your thoughts?

Roy stands there quietly, appearing to gather his thoughts a moment.

It’s like this, Ty- I feel sorry for Joe, I really do. It was completely immoral what Harrison did to him next week. But that doesn’t mean this is my problem, because it isn’t. If he shows up, then we have our match. If he doesn’t, I just get a bye week before the finals. Either way, I’m not stopping now. I will walk out of First Blood with a title slung over my shoulder.

Tyler thanks Roy for his time as he walks away, cutting the show to a commercial break.

*Commercial Break*

--

We return to LOWO where highlights of Joe King and Mark Harrison’s match are played, followed by the clip of Harrison’s assault.

Ladies and gentlemen, as mentioned earlier, Mark Harrison is to explain his actions or he will be released.

We also hope to give you an update on Joe King’s status for next week, but for now, our Heavyweight tournament continues!

*ELECTRIC FUNERAL*

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Cleveland, OH, weighing in at 240 pounds… “ELECTRIC” ERIC DAWSON!

The crowd cheers as Dawson, obviously full of big energy, bounces down the ramp to the ring, clad in long yellow tights. He hops on the apron and hops over the top rope, does a cartwheel, and sits in the corner, waiting for his opponent.

Eric really has an electric attitude, doesn’t he?

Well, he isn’t called “Electric” for nothing, Steve!

*EVIL ANGEL*

And his opponent, from Atlantic City, NJ, weighing in at 227 pounds… SETH ANGEL!

The crowd has mixed reactions as Seth, clad in long white tights with black angel’s wings on the legs, walks slowly out on stage, a sour look on his face. He heads down the ramp, just as slowly, before entering the ring and sitting in the corner opposite Eric.

It looks like Eric is facing his polar opposite in Seth tonight.

I like those tights. You think if I ask him, he’ll get some for me?

LOWO Heavyweight Championship Tournament Round One Match

Eric Dawson vs. Seth Angel

*Bell Rings*

In complete contrast to how he entered, Seth flies forward, catching Eric with a huge right clothesline. Eric bounces right back up, only to be hit with a left clothesline. Seth then grabs a hold of Dawson and rolls him up in a Small Package.

…1!

…2!

Eric rolls the pin over.

…1!

…2!

Seth breaks free, leaving both men flat on their backs in the center of the ring.

What a way to open up this match!

Can I say it? How electric!
Eric is the first to get up, and capitalizes as a result, grabbing a hold of Seth’s arm as he gets up and hits an Arm Dragon Screw, followed by a Dragon Screw, for the pin.

…1!

…2!

Seth powers out, just in time.

Dawson almost had the win right there!

Seth needs a miracle to win now…

Eric then picks Seth back up, hoisting him in a seated position on top of his shoulders. He attempts the Electric Chair, but Seth counters, rolling up Eric in an HH pin.

…1!

…2!

Eric kicks out.

Great counter from Seth!

This is the opening he needed…

Seth wastes no time, hoisting Dawson back up and hitting his Dragon Suplex Pin.

…1!

…2!

Eric kicks out once again.

Seth using his special move can’t even put Eric away!

Something tells me he has another trick up his sleeve…

Frustrated, Seth then picks Eric back up, linking his arms to his, preparing to hit the Archangel, but Eric counters with a Northern Lights Suplex Pin.

…1!

…2!

Seth powers out in the nick of time.

Wow! What a move from the Electric one!

Can I vote for Match of the Night early?

Eric picks Angel back up, putting him back on his shoulders to attempt the Electric Chair again, but Seth slides off, linking his arms to Eric’s and successfully hits the Archangel for a cover.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner, SETH ANGEL!
The crowd has mixed reactions, majority boos, as Seth rejects the ref’s raising his hand in victory as he exits the ring and heads backstage as slowly as he came out.

What a finish to an amazing match! Seth Angel moves on.

…Very, very slowly.

We, on the other hand, won’t be slow to bring you the action, as up next, the Adams Bros. take on the Meryweather Bros. in tag team action!

*STORM THE GATES OF HELL*

The crowd boos as soon as the music hits as Mark Harrison walks out, a sickening smile spread across his face.

Looks like we are about to get some answers before that!

Why the heck does he have to be out here now? I wanted some tag action!

Harrison enters the ring, snatches the microphone away from Leon Johnson, and waits for the crowd’s booing to die down a bit before he speaks.

Well, I was forced to explain my actions last week, but for those who missed it…

Harrison points to the titantron as the clip of last week’s assault is played. After it finishes, the screen returns to Harrison, who is laughing, much to the chagrin of the crowd.

You people ask WHY I did this? Why I did what I did? Well, it should be obvious- I WON THAT MATCH! The ref had no right to reverse his decision! If it was wrong, it should have stayed wrong! And Joe King winning after the match restarted was a fluke anyway!

*BAD ROMANCE*

The crowd cheers as Chris Lincoln makes his way to the ring, microphone already in hand.

I appreciate you doing as I told you. I do have one question- how was your loss a fluke if you tapped out to Kingdom Come?

The crowd cheers and begins a “You tapped out!” chant.

Shut up! All of you shut up!

The cheers and chants only grow louder, until Lincoln motions for them to calm as he speaks up.

Don’t be upset- it was a rhetorical question. At any rate, I have one last request: I want you to publicly apologize; to King, to the ref, and to the LOWO audience.

The crowd begins to cheer again as Mark stands quietly for a moment. After the cheers die down, he speaks up.

Well, to whom it may concern, I am sorry…

The crowd cheers.

…sorry that the ref of LOWO is a joke, Joe King should have lost but didn’t, and that the LOWO audience is full of ignorant fools.

The crowd begins to boo as Mark drops the mic and exits the ring. Before Mark can head backstage, Lincoln speaks up again.

One more thing, Mark- you have a match tonight, but you’ll find out against whom later. Think of him as a mystery opponent.

Mark appears to ignore this, heading backstage as the crowd cheers. A commercial break begins as Mr. Lincoln exits the ring.

*Commercial Break*

We return to LOWO where the first tag team match of the night is ready to begin.

*REAL AMERICAN*

The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, at a combined weight of 573 pounds, Jonathan and Samuel… THE ADAMS BROS.!

The crowd cheers as the two big men, clad in long forest-green tights, head down the ring, doing poses similar to those of Hulk Hogan.

Wow, just look at the size of these two… Jonathan 271 pounds, Samuel 302 pounds!

Can I go ahead and say the tag team tournament is already over?

*BRINGIN DA HOOD 2 U*

And their opponents, at a combined weight of 524 pounds, Ryan and Marcus… THE MERYWEATHER BROS.!

The crowd has mixed reactions as the two, clad in sagging jean shorts, bounce down to the ring, screaming, “West Side!”

Aren’t we on the East Side?

They’re FROM the West Side, Stevie.

Marcus and Samuel step out onto the apron, showing Ryan and Jonathan will start off the match.

LOWO Tag Team Championship Tournament Round One Match

Jonathan Adams and Samuel Adams vs. Ryan Meryweather and Marcus Meryweather

*Bell Rings*

Ryan screams, “Cali!” as he runs in and hits a big clothesline on Jonathan for a quick pin.

…

The ref doesn’t get so much as a “1” in before Jonathan kicks out, flinging Ryan across the ring.

Such raw power from a mere kick-out!

Again, can we end the tournament now?

Ryan, in complete dread, tags in Marcus and rolls out of the ring. Jonathan grabs Marcus and drags him to the other side of the ring, where he tags in Samuel. The two then hit him with a Double Chokeslam and Samuel pins him.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here are your winners, THE ADAMS BROS.!
Ryan grabs Marcus, slings him over his shoulder, and runs out of the arena as Jonathan and Samuel celebrate their victory to the crowd’s cheers.

That looked like it was over before it started!

I keep saying, end the tournament now!

Well, for those who are not aware, Mark Harrison came out and explained his actions, but here’s what would happen.

The titantron then plays what happened earlier with Harrison, starting with Lincoln’s entrance.

Well, after our commercial break, our Heavyweight tournament continues with Skylar Thomas facing Andrew Quinn!

*Commercial Break*

--

LOWO returns from its commercial break to start the next match.

*READY TO FLY*

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Long Island, NY, weighing in at 186 pounds… SKYLAR THOMAS!

The crowd cheers as LOWO’s youngest talent, clad in aqua blue trunks, runs down the ramp and slides in the ring, a huge smile on his face.

Looks like Skylar is ready for his first LOWO match!

It’s also his first match as a professional wrestler; he’s the only one on the roster to have never been in another industry before.

*OVERCOME*

And his opponent, from Green Bay, WI, weighing in at 253 pounds… ANDREW QUINN!

The crowd cheers as Andrew, clad in light green trunks, runs to the ring in a similar manner to Skylar.

Two fan favorites facing each other… interesting.

I say Quinn takes this one- much more experienced.

LOWO Heavyweight Championship Tournament Round One Match

Skylar Thomas vs. Andrew Quinn

*Bell Rings*

Right off the bat, Skylar runs forward and hits a front dropkick, sending Andrew down on his back. Skylar then rolls him over and locks in a Fujiwara armbar.

Thomas taking it to his opponent early on!

This kid has speed, I’ll give him that.

Struggling, Quinn manages to roll over onto his back and kick Skylar off of him. He then capitalizes with a quick snap suplex for a pin.

…1!

…2!

Skylar powers out.

It will take more than that to keep his fireball of energy down!

Like what? Mike Solomon sitting on him?

Andrew picks Skylar back up and Irish whips him into the corner, where he charges for a cross-body. Skylar hops up to the top rope, avoiding it, and hops on Quinn’s shoulders, hitting a Hurricarana Pin.

…1!

…2!

Andrew kicks out.

What a move from Thomas!

That could’ve been it!

As Andrew gets up, Skylar gives a quick kick, but Quinn catches his foot. Skylar then brings up his other foot to Andrew’s temple, hitting an Enziguiri and making another quick cover.

…1!

…2!

Quinn gets his shoulder up in time.

Another great reversal from Skylar!

Like I said, this kid is fast- you need to be careful against these cruiserweights.

Skylar then ascends the top rope, going for a Shooting Star Press. As he descends, Andrew hops up, hits him in mid-air with a Spear, and pins him.

…1!

…2!

Thomas barely kicks out.

Holy crap, did you just SEE that?

I’m sitting right here, and I don’t even believe it!

Andrew struggles to get up, but when he makes it to his feet, he picks Skylar back up, looking for the Quinn Driver, but Skylar connects with another Enziguiri and ascends the top rope, this time successfully hitting the Shooting Star Press for the pin.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner, SKYLAR THOMAS!
The crowd cheers as Skylar helps Andrew to his feet. The two shake hands and Quinn holds Skylar’s hand up in victory as the two exit the ring and head backstage.

A great, fast-paced match, and a lot of respect for these two.

I wish everyone around here had that kind of attitude.

Well, everyone, up next is the final tag team match for round one as Anarchy Inc. faces the Mexican Marauders!

And after that, Mark Harrison takes on his mystery opponent! Who will it be?

The screen then changes to the backstage area, where Mark Harrison is storming around, searching for Chris Lincoln.

WHERE IS HE? Where is Lincoln?

Harrison then bumps into Patrick Vance.

What are you doing?

Looking for Lincoln! I want to know who my opponent is!

He’s a mystery opponent for a reason, idiot. However, I heard it will be against someone who won their match last week… unlike you.

Harrison, obviously not in the mood, continues to storm off as LOWO heads to a commercial break with Vance wearing an amused grin.

*Commercial Break*

The show returns and the lights immediately cut off.

*REJECT YOURSELF*

When the music hits, the lights come on a dark purple-like color, and Larry West, wearing purple and black trunks, emerges first, Alex Toller, wearing long tights of the same color, following behind him with a strut and a huge smile.

The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, at a combined weight of 518 pounds, the team of Alex Toller and Larry West… ANARCHY INC.!

The pair still on the stage, Larry begins bouncing up and down (a la Brock Lesnar) while Alex drops to his knees, cups his hands over his mouth, and screams, “Let’s raise some hell!” He then hops up, arms outstretched, while Larry finishes his bounce and swings both arms down violently in unison to Alex’s jump, with a firework burst to accompany. Alex then pats Larry on his chest, saying, “That’s my big man,” and the two head to the ring, flashing their team sign, the backs of their right hands showing outward, pinky finger down.

These two seem to be an interesting tag team. But that’s my big man? A bit… awkward.

At any rate, I’m ready to see what these two can do. Loved their entrance!

*FIESTA PAGANA*

And their opponents, at a combined weight of 489 pounds, the team of Jose Rodriguez and Diego Sanchez… THE MEXICAN MARAUDERS!

The two men walk out on stage, both wearing red long tights, Diego holding a microphone, who begins to speak in Spanish.

Todos ustedes están a punto de presenciar el primer partido de verdad LOWO tiene para ofrecer!

Though the majority of the audience has no idea what was just said, they begin to boo anyway as Diego drops the microphone and the two enter the ring. Diego and Alex walk onto the apron, showing Larry and Jose will start the match.

Did anybody catch that?

Hold on; let me pull up Google Translate…

LOWO Tag Team Championship Tournament Round One Match

Alex Toller and Larry West vs. Jose Rodriguez and Diego Sanchez

*Bell Rings*

As soon as the bell rings, Larry runs in and takes Jose down with a massive clothesline. He then drags Rodriguez over to Alex and makes the tag, the two then hitting the Wishbone Split, Toller pinning.

…1!

…2!

Diego runs in and breaks the count, much to the chagrin of Larry, who hops in the ring and clotheslines him, the two going over the top rope. Alex, meanwhile, hoists Jose up and Irish whips him, running for him and hitting a left clothesline. Jose gets right back up and Toller hits a right clothesline. Jose again recovers immediately and Alex hits a backflip dropkick and hops onto the second rope, hitting Jose with a springboard clothesline for a quick cover.

…1!

…2!

Rodriguez gets his shoulder up just in time.

Anarchy Inc. is just all over these two.

Looks like Lucha Libre is calling them back home…

On the outside of the ring, Larry grabs hold of Diego and drops him with his Sidewalk slam. He then returns to the apron, where Alex tags him in. Larry then grabs Jose and hits him with the Sidewalk slam as well. He tags Toller back in, who ascends the top rope and hits the Frog Splash, completing the Anarchy Rising, for a pin.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here are your winners, ANARCHY INC.!
Alex hops on the top rope, saying, “I’m your winner!” and he and Larry head backstage.

An easy win for these two.

Two? Try telling that to Alex Toller, Steve.

The screen changes to the backstage area, where Mark Harrison has finally caught up with Chris Lincoln.

There you are! I want to know who my opponent is.

Well, you are about to find out- your match is next!

Lincoln pats Mark on the shoulder and walks away, leaving him fuming with rage as we cut to a commercial break.

*Commercial Break*

--

LOWO returns from its commercials to head right into the next match.

*STORM THE GATES OF HELL*

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Cheyenne, WY, weighing in at 340 pounds… MARK HARRISON!

The crowd erupts into a chorus of boos as Harrison heads to the ring, a disgusted look on his face.

Here we go! I’m ready to find out who this mystery opponent is.

As am I. Who could it be?

The crowd falls into a dead silence. After a few minutes of waiting, the lights cut off.

*DESTROY EVERYTHING*

The crowd explodes as Mike Solomon heads to the ring, bearing the same face he wore the previous week. He enters the ring and stands in the corner while Harrison starts yelling that he doesn’t want to have this match.

Mike Solomon! Big Andre $ is about to have someone join him in the reject committee.

Mark is the unhappiest I’ve ever seen him. I can understand why.

Mark Harrison vs. Mike Solomon

*Bell Rings*

As soon as the bell rings, Mike runs in and hits the Clothesline from Hell. He then picks up Mark and Irish whips him, hitting him with a Big Boot. He then cries out, “Destroy everything!” as he hoists up Harrison, hits the Solo-Bomb, and makes the cover.

…1!

…2!

…3!

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner, MIKE SOLOMON!
Solomon leaves the ring and heads backstage as soon as the match ends, leaving Harrison sprawled out in the middle of the ring.

History repeats itself, and justice is served.

An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, Harrison.

*KING OF KINGS*

The crowd goes wild and cheers the loudest it had the entire night as Joe King runs into the ring, lifts up Mark, and hits the Spinebuster with ease. He then ascends the top rope, hits the 450 Splash, and leaves the ring to head backstage.

Joe King is here! It apparently takes more than 4 Choke Bombs to keep him out of the ring!

Well, I think that counts as the update we promised.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, after our commercial break, Nathan St. John takes on Christian Fury!

*Commercial Break*

--

LOWO returns to head right into the main event.

*ENOUGH IS ENOUGH*

The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, weighing in at 234 pounds… NATHAN ST. JOHN!

The crowd has mixed reactions as the Canadian heads down to the ring, wearing white trunks with the red maple leaf from Canada’s flag on the back.

The last man to walk out of Stu Hart’s dungeon… I wonder how this will go.

This is going to be interesting.

*I STAND ALONE*

And his opponent, from San Francisco, CA, weighing in at 416 pounds… CHRISTIAN FURY!

The crowd boos as LOWO’s largest superstar angrily storms down the ramp, saying, “I’m facing a Canadian?”

The big man obviously doesn’t care for foreigners.

The only thing I care about is that he doesn’t come near me. That man is HUGE!

LOWO Heavyweight Championship Tournament Round One Match

Nathan St. John vs. Christian Fury

*Bell Rings*

Christian runs up immediately and goes for a shoulder block, but Nathan St. John rolls out of the ring and begins to ascend the ramp. The ref begins to count.

…1!

…2!

…3!

What is Nathan doing?

What any smart man would do- avoid that 7 foot, 400 pound monster in the ring!

Fury becomes enraged that he doesn’t have an opponent to face as the ref hits 10.

*Bell Rings*

Here is your winner by count-out, CHRISTIAN FURY!
The crowd boos as Christian Fury grabs Leon’s microphone.

What is this, some kind of joke? I wanted to have a match with someone to move to the next round! This is an outrage! Somebody have the balls to come out and face me, and do it NOW!

The crowd falls dead silent as Fury waits for someone to come down the ramp. When nobody does, he starts to exit the ring, but then…

*STORM THE GATES OF HELL*

The crowd boos as Christian smiles, waiting for his challenger. When nobody comes out and the music stops, he becomes enraged.

Now you’re just toying with me? Is that what this is?

As he says this, he turns around and bumps into Mark Harrison. Before Christian can react, Mark drops him with a Choke Bomb and leaves the ring to a chorus of boos.

My God! Harrison just hit a Choke Bomb on LOWO’s biggest man!

Christian Fury has become Mark's newest victim.

*KING OF KINGS*

The crowd cheers as Joe King flies down the ramp. In fear, Harrison runs the opposite direction, through the crowd and out of the arena. King then enters the ring to check on Fury, who is slowly getting up. When Fury gets to his feet, he smiles, looking at King. He extends his hand for a handshake, to which Joe agrees. Upon grasping his hand, Fury pulls him in close and hits his one-handed Chokeslam on him to a chorus of boos.

What? All King did was try to help him!

It seems Fury is still upset he didn’t get a real match.

Fury ascends the ramp, and just as he reaches the stage…

*RUMORS OF WAR*

The crowd cheers as Vance runs up, meeting Fury with a dropkick that sends him off the edge of the stage and onto the floor. And as Patrick enters the ring to check on Joe…

*BAD ROMANCE*

The crowd cheers as Chris Lincoln appears on the stage.

First off, I would like to congratulate all those who survived the first round! Secondly… I am here to announce next week’s main event! Due to what we all just witnessed, it seems Fury and Vance aren’t going to be getting along anytime soon… so, in the next round, it will be Christian Fury vs. Patrick Vance!

The crowd cheers and Patrick, who is helping Joe King up, appears irritated.

It also seems that neither of you want to follow typical match rules, so it will be a STREET FIGHT!

The crowd cheers even harder as Lincoln returns to the backstage area.

Did you hear that? LOWO’s first Street Fight!

And between two big men? This is going to be good!

Thanks for joining us, ladies and gentlemen, we’ll see you next week!

Show ends with Joe King and Patrick Vance in the center of the ring, Patrick obviously not happy at being in a Street Fight with the huge Christian Fury.

Confirmed for next week…

•The tournaments enter their second round! Match card to be posted on LOWO’s website soon.

•Main event: Christian Fury vs. Patrick Vance in a Street Fight

•What will happen with Mark Harrison?

Find out next time!
