Lower Card Stars to be Used?

So With Stars such as Rhodes, Christian, Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler and Many More not to Wrestle this Monday and maybe the Following Raws Do you think that Maybe Lesser used Talents such as Justin Gabriel, Primo, Trent Barreta and others will be used or Will they just Lengthen Matches and Promos concerning the Top Stars?
In My Opinion it would be a good way to show that they dont have just 20 Stars.

Yea that would be a good idea to use the other talent that they dont use that much only problem thou is they all walked out to with the rest of them.There is only 4 people they are saying will be on raw so i will be watching to see what happens on monday.Its a good idea you've got there just not sure how they would explain it since everyone walked out but them 4

I don't think it would draw so I don't see them actually going ahead with that. They still got Cena, Orton, Sheamus, Mason Ryan, Zack Ryder, CM Punk , Eve, and Kelly Kelly. So I think they can actually make 3 or 4 matches out of those stars and with a couple of long in ring segments and backstage interviews I think they can pull off a decent show. Putting guys like Trent Barreta live on RAW without even having established their characters just doesn't sound right.
