I dunno, I've grown frustrated with him, and I sent a message to Irish in our Admin chit chat, but I just want to get people's feelings on the situation.

So he's upset with a picture that TM Posted, in which TM clearly meant nothing malicious by it and was trying to keep a thread from derailing. You be the judge.

Also, Lee Red Repped TM, and TM red repped him back, but Lee used his mod powers to delete the post, thus deleting his red repped he received. So I dunno. I think it's abuse of his mod power myself, especially coming from a guy that used a Nazi picture in his sig for being a Nazi Mod. Now I have no problem with it, as I see the humor in what he was doing, much like what TM was trying to do, any thoughts?

I'd vote for slight abuse of power with the rep thing as it's a cheap way of getting out of it. Now whether that was his intention or not I'm not sure, but given Lee's track record, it's hard to give him the benefit of the doubt. He does a lot of good, but he also causes a lot of issues such as this. The picture isn't exactly a person getting shot and it's clearly meant as humor. It's one of those moderator's discretion things, but that doesn't mean it's righrt.

TBH my patience has worn thin, he's getting annoying with his "moral's" or whatever the hell his excuse is for pulling this latest stunt. Well the thing I get aggravated with is that it was a post by lee that got repped, and he deleted his own post in my opinion to avoid the negative rep that TM gave him back. I don't like that at all.

From what I read it was that the pic was in the rep. Now I can't see that rep but if he means it was in the post that the rep links to, that's absurd. All that would have to be done is delete the picture and the link makes no difference.

The problem with that is he's going to get testy and he's going to go on a rant about being demodded, and that'll bring the entire e-fed into it as well. If he were to be demodded to a regular efed mod, then I'd like no board room rights.

Well we're not doing anything yet. Myself and Irish need to talk about it, and I'm just getting everyone else opinions on it. I just know that this is the 2nd time in a little more then a week that drama has centered around Lee and his supposed moral high ground.

I'd say he's had more than enough chances and this happens too often anymore. With the Norcal incident of the Benoit joke, it stayed in the Board Room, not in the bar room like some of it is now.

We've had more difficult mods. By and large, they've been de-modded. Lee works hard, but he also cares way too much.

The thing is, we've been asking him to "calm down" for ages now, I'm almost certain he's had more chances than any mod in the history of WZ Forums. I say get rid, I have a good instinct when it comes to mods. I said no to Derf, justin and Wes.

The picture is tasteless, but so is most of the stuff in the Bar Room - me, NorCal and KB had a conversation about Shawn and NorCal this morning. And it's not against the rules, so really there's no problem.

I was all for giving Lee a chance, but he's had many. We need to draw a line, at the very least, I think an admin needs to send him a very clear PM about his behaviour. At the most, demod him. We don't really need him.

I have de-modded Lee from the Bar Room. He is still a mod in the other NWS's. We don't need Bar Rom mods anyway, and all of Lee's issues stem from him trying to moderate in the Bar Room. Taking away the issue. Let's see how he reacts.

Means the kid was 7 when 9/11 happened. He's got no idea the magnitude of it. He sees something on a website and suddenly it's gospel.

exactly. the sad thing is, someone like Xfear completely and totally buys into the 9/11 conspiracy, so it's better we got to milk first before someone like X did and completely brain washed him.

It doesn't really delete the red rep, it just deletes it from being shown. The rep that was lost because of the red rep remains. So, if he had 100 rep points before, and TM repping him caused him to lost 10 points, even if Lee deletes the post, he stays at 90 rep points.

As far as Lee goes, just keep in mind that while he does do some silly things, he's MUCH better than when he first started, and he does try hard. I still say that the best place for him as a mod was the wrestling forums.
