"Last Ever" Stone Cold Steve Austin DVD Being Released.

Only things that has been confirmed (By Austin himself on twitter)

Austin will be more involved in this DVD than any other Austin DVD and it looks like it will be a documentary also Austin says he will talk about his heel turn back in 2001 in depth. Austin says it will be 4 or 5 discs and it has a 2012 rumored release date.

So what do you guys want in this DVD? Anything you want Austin to talk about in depth, any matches you really want in? Also what promo's would you like in.

Interesting. There has always been talk of Austin wrestling one last time. I doubt it, but it would be interesting if we saw some sort of match with him and whoever and the build-up was covered in the DVD. [/fantasy]

Anyway, I'd like to see more of the 2001 series with Kurt Angle and an in-depth look at him leaving in 2002.

Open the vault and give us Austin vs. Benoit from Edmonton and the Two Man Power Trip vs. the Canadian Violence Connection. It's all I'll (hopelessly) beg for.

Not really, the last one was 2007 which will be 5 years if this one's out in 2012.

The Legacy of Stone Cold Steve Austin, according to Amazon, was released in 2008, The Stone Cold Truth in 2004. Combine those with the multiple (much smaller) VHS and DVD's, and that's a lot. The Stone Cold Truth really was an overall documentary-type film, and seeing he hasn't done anything (in wrestling) since that came out, this seems a bit redundant. Then again, like I said earlier, you can never have too much Steve Austin, so obviously, I have no problem with it.

4 or 5 discs? What the absolute fuck? Are they going to put his entire career on the thing? If so, I'm entirely down for that. If it's released in 2012, there may even be time to put Punk/Austin on it.

He's wrestled for a good while. The Legacy DVD which came out in 2007 according to Amazon.co.uk (though iMDB says it's 2008 so I'd bet it's around January 08', doesn't really matter) cuts off after Mania 17 so there's a real lack of anything in 2001, 2002 or 2003. Plus there's stuff that can be examined in greater detail like The Hollywood Blondes, Ringmaster, even pre Mania 14 Austin.
