SYNOPSIS:
Shore Pictures' End Game stars former gold medal Olympian, ex-WWE wrestler turned current TNA wrestler Kurt Angle as Brad Mayfield, a psychopathic sexual serial killer with a penchant for killing "living dolls". Mayfield also takes pleasure in tormenting the ill-tempered cop on his case, going so far as to begin targeting the detective's increasingly estranged wife and their special needs daughter.

It looks like it's a straight to dvd movie, not sure though. I also think it looks pretty cool and pretty cheesy all at the same time.
