I'm neat.
So I was listening to Kesha and it reminded me so much of Brittney Spears. Which then made me make the thread who is better Brittney or Kesha. I know Kesha has not been around long enough yet so that is wht I changed the question: Who will have a bigger career Ke$ha or Brittney.

Personally I feel Kesha will have the better career. I like her music better and she also has the appeal. She may be a living STD however her music is what I think better then Brittney, her mental stability is better, and she honestly looks better then Britteny. I think she will be able to produce an uncountable amount of songs throughout the years because her entire theme is using Auto-Tune to make her sound good. I think personally Brittney has had several amazing years however the Kesha market right now is massive. Her songs not only attract the females but also attracts several males. I think she may be the best female artist right now. I feel that Kesha and Brittney are so similiar that in today's market Kesha will always win. Kesha can always be that sexy ****ty artist that for the next ten years people will have no proplem buying.

I'll take Britney anyday. She doesn't need auto tune, even though she does use it sometimes. Auto tune annoys me big time and Ke$ha is one of the main people in that movement.

And you really think Ke$ha is sexier than Britney? That's crazy talk imo. Britney is a gorgeous woman even after two kids and Ke$ha just doesn't do it for me lol.

Yes I think Kesha is by far more exy than Brittney. She has the perfect mix of look at me I'm a sucessful yet a ****ty girl that I personally find incredibly attractive. Althoug back to the overall music I at first wasn't a fan of Kesha until I realized how simple her songs are to perform. You truly need next to no musicical talent except for the fact that you need to be able to keep a beat. I personally prefer Kesha's songs far better then Brittney.

Neither. Madonna FTW.

Lol seriously though I have to go with Brittney. Ke$ha hasn't proven to me that in the next five or so years people will still be singing her songs. Brittney's songs from the 90s are still being played on Hit Stations nationwide. That's enduring the tests of time. She has been all over the music scene ever since her Mickey Mouse Club days. I can't say a musician like Ke$ha can be better than her when Ke$ha hasn't been around that long. That's unfair.

*EDIT* Hey Macios can this be a poll?

This thread makes my head hurt. There are so many statements in your first post that are just plain wrong (e.g. claiming Ke$ha has more mental sanity than Britney when she can be seen rummaging through dumpsters in Los Angeles) so I won't even go there.

Britney is better. Period. Her album Blackout is her most underrated (since it came out at the worst time of her life and everyone was too busy criticizing her personal life to care) and is just a solid pop album from start to finish. That alone is better than anything Ke$ha has come out with. Britney's hits have begun to stand the test of time - people remember songs like Baby One More Time and Oops! I Did It Again. I don't think people will be saying that about Ke$ha's stuff 10 years down the line because her songs all sound similar and aren't distinctive enough. In her prime, Britney was the best performer (not singer) of all the 90s pop acts. Bitch could hold the stage like nobody's business. She's not up to that level anymore and I've given up hoping that she'll be able to get there again, but she's still better than Ke$ha who cannot dance or perform and has pretty much no stage presence. See this performance:

There's no point comparing either artist's song writing or compositional skills because they've both got the best of the best on their side when it comes to creating infectious bubblegum hits and none of that has to do with their own abilities.

To be fair, nobody expected TiK ToK to be a huge hit (it was initially received about as well as Rebecca Black's Friday and people thought it was a joke) but it really has had an influence on the sound of mainstream pop music since it came out in 2009. Britney hasn't had an impact on the sound of pop for a long time, despite throwing in some dubstep influences on her latest CD.
