Joint Book This Idea's Thread

Alright peeps. Since the old WPWF has apparantly fizzled out and with Kingdirrty apparently gone missing. I am now the leader of the Joint Book This project.

This is the official thread of where Falkon, Theo Mays, Mr. Baller, Sivsyboi, SuperCrazy and myself will construct idea's on what our shows will be named and etc.

So without any further delay's. I present to you the official Joint Book This Idea's Thread.

Glad to have you on board Falkon. Now first order of business, should we keep our promotion's name WPWF or not and if we all decide no. What do you guys want the promotion's name to be?

So far we have Falkon who doesn't mind the WPWF banner and I also don't mind it either.

Since I see Mr. Baller viewing the thread, does Mr. Baller want the WPWF banner to remain or does he want a new name for it?

So how is the whole federation working with five brands? Do we each have a tag team, midcard and specialised division title for every brand? And then a Undisputed title that goes between the five?

Sorry to butt in guys, but I was thinking about the name. If I could suggest going for something more original that the standard "something W". Maybe something like "Allied Rings", "World Wide Wrestling (3W) or "The Sports Entertainment Union". But that's just my opinion.

Well in my opinion, every brand should have a set number of main eventer's, mid-carder's and tag teams and also have an Undisputed World Championship that goes between all five of the brands.

As far as women wrestlers go. Well it's y'all's choice on whether you guys think that women wrestlers can help your brand out (we'll also do a women's draft along with the male wrestler draft later on).

Now as far as the championships for the tag team's, mid-carders and other specialized divisions. Well I was gonna leave that up to you guys to see what titles do you think will gel well with your brand. It's pretty much your choice, but nobody can have the same exact name for any their championships though.

It's alright. Anybody's welcome to chime in here and express what idea's that they have. Now personally i'm cool with whatever the name is for the promotion and I know that Falkon stated that he's cool with whatever name the promotion has.

I do like your idea on a more original name for the promotion though. I know i'll consider the three names that you suggested.

I was thinking of the World Elite Federation (WEF). And how big is our roster size. I would say 7 main eventers 15 midcard and 5 jobbers/lower card, and then divas if you want them.

Maybe even the Wrestling Elite Federation or the World Wrestling Elite Federation if that's an idea. Alright, I've been thinking and I have come up with a few ideas. I'm not laying the law down, I'm just trying to suggest:

Possible Suggestions For The Business (I'm Only Brainstorming):

1) Every brand should have a third tier singles championship, where it is a specialist division and brand exclusive. It gives those people not "high enough" in the pecking order a title to challenge for. Here are some examples:

- X Division (fast-paced, high impact wrestling with gimmick matches)
- Cruiserweight (lucha-libre rules wrestling)
- Hardcore (backyard rules wrestling)
- Women's (female only division)

err....

- Little People's Division? (midget wrestling)

If you do not want a gimmick title, might I suggest a European-style championship where lower card wrestlers compete for the title (like a developmental title of sorts).

Basically, you can only choose one specialist division. With that one specialist division, you have to draft superstars that fit into aforementioned division. No one else can choose wrestlers within said division unless a deal is made (e.g. If I choose the womens division and Pimpin wants to pick Mickie James, me and him can make a deal where he can use her). Wrestlers from your rosters that are within the second tier title division can drop to the specialist division if they qualify (e.g. Rey Mysterio drops down to compete in the Cruiserweight division).

If this is accepted, I think each brand should diverse the specialist divisions so it makes it more interesting to actually write/read the shows. There should be around eight wrestlers that cater exclusively for that division.

2) The major championship should be non-exclusive. Whichever brand holds the title can do as they wish, but must put the belt on the line at every PPV regardless. If it is an interbrand PPV, the other shows must determine a number one contender in some fashion.

IMO, this part of the entire ordeal is going to be the hardest thing we are going to accomplish. We might need to multiple ways of determining who deserves the honour of having the belt on their show.

3) Every brand must have a second tier singles championship. I believe this should be a lock. This title has nothing special added to it besides being the brands exclusive championship. Whoever holds the title is the brand's best.

4) Everyone should get one wrestler as a lock. Before the draft even happens, we all choose who we want as a definite pick so no-one else can choose them. This way we all get at least one guy we want and can use.

5) We should hold the draft like all other sports do it. One person starts with one pick, the next follows and so on and so forth. We have to determine a way to choose who picks first, second, third, fourth and last.

6) We should all have separate threads in the main BT area for our own brand, so we can do whatever we like in our own and not overcrowd it. So, it would appear like this:

WPWF: (Insert Brand Name Here)

So if this BT fails, we can still continue on without creating new threads and reposting shows. Basically, we go about our own business until the inter-brand PPV's occur. I vote that Inter-branded PPV's should be in a separate thread altogether named:

WPWF: Joint PPV's

or something like that.

These are all my suggestions for the moment. What do you think?

Thats all fine with me.

And are we going to use only current wrestlers, or retired wrestlers as well.

I also agree with Falkon's idea. It's a very good idea

Now onto the whole using only current wrestlers or retired wrestlers thing. Well it doesn't matter to me whether you use current wrestlers, retired wrestlers or even wrestlers who are deceased.

Edit: We could go with the Wrestling Elite Federation as the name for our promotion.

I actually like Big Pimpin's name better. And now we need to decide which titles each brand gets.

If its ok, I call the Hardcore Division

Unless anybody else wants the Hardcore Title, then by all means you can have the Hardcore division.

I don't mind what we call it. I call the X Division! But, should I get it, I'd put more emphasis on the whole No limits thing. Which would besically turn into a cross between Cruiserweight and Hardcore divisions.

X Division - Sisviboi
Cruiserweight - Big Pimpin
Hardcore - Mr. Baller
Womens - Falkon
Regional - Theo
Light Heavyweight - SC

Title Belts
Mr. Baller - IC Championship/IC Tag Team Championship
Sisviboy - International Championship/ International Tag Team Championship
Pimpin - Television Championship/ Brand Name Tag Team Championship
Theo - United States Championship/ National Tag Team Championship
Falkon - Oceania Championship/ Tempation Tag Team Championship
SC - Pure Championship/Pure Tag Team Championship

Brand Names
Baller - Massacre
Pimpin - Rampage
Sisviboy - Nightmare
Theo - Catastrophe
Falkon - Temptations
SC - Rage

Player Locks
Baller - John Cena
Sisviboy - Chris Jericho
Falkon - Kurt Angle
Pimpin - CM Punk
Theo - The Undertaker
SC - Triple H

Well a 5th division could be like a European belt like Falkon suggested earlier.

It doesn't really matter what division I take, but if I was to have a preferred choice, i'd take the Cruiserweight division.

Sisvy I think we need an order to pick that in order to be fair.

But I realized we need to name all of our title first, considering we will all have either 3 or 4

It was either gonna be the naming of our brands or the one lock pick that was gonna be next. Actually let's name all of our titles first.
