Steph McMahon - Prego

Shane McMahon - Perhaps trying to find his call in life while at the same time making babies.

No disrespect to any of these people. But 3 out of the 4 McMahons are out of the picture, and they've been away for quite some time.

Just a thought, if Vince was to fall ill or injured, who would immediately take his place?

Its been said for years it'll be taken over by Steph and Trips which is ok. But Trips isnt done with his wrestling career yet by a long shot. He just turned 40 and looks to be in overall good condition. He perhaps still has 6 to 7 years at least left in the ring.

I almost feel a bit bad for Vince because even though he's doing the very best to continue giving a good product, he's doing this on his own now, and by that I mean without his wife and two children. I remember when they were all so involved on wwe tv. And now they're not there. Makes you think y'know.

Being pregnant doesn't exclude you from working. Steph is pretty much running the creative team. Regardless until Vince drops dead it will always be about Vince and what he wants to accomplish.

I think Steph is still playing a part in what goes around even if she is pregnant. Vince isn't carrying the company alone, he just makes most of the decisions if not all, but he is still getting help from Steph and other people like Triple H and Shawn Michaels.

I'm sure Vince will have the final say so until he retires or dies, but there are many people in charge of different aspects of the company. Stephanie runs the creative department pregnant or not. I'm sure HHH or someone else fills in for her when she takes maternity leave. Linda will most likely come back as ceo if her senate run doesn't work out. I would be surprised if Shane didn't come back one day as well.

You all do know that Triple H is pretty much the head booker anyway right? I would be willing to bet at the very least he does near as much as Vince does anyway. Steph can still do creative and writing as she did before, maybe in a reduced capacity but not much. It has always been the unholy trinity of Steph, Trips and Vince anyhow, as Linda and Shane took care of the coporate stuff more. Not a huge deal.

Stephanie still can write. She can come up with ideas laying in bed, technically speaking. In terms of the writers, there are plenty more. Linda never did any of that, nor did Shane for the most part.

Vince is still there, with his creative team, Michael Hayes, the agents and the wrestlers themselves.

Linda never really contributed to the creative aspect of the shows and the role she did occupy is one that can and has been filled.

Stephanie can still call the shots she normally calls. Triple H, I'm sure, does his part as well.

At the end of the day, it's always been Vince's ideas or final thoughts on ideas that have ruled the day.

Yes the empire is secured, I mean Steph is there even if she is pregnat and HHH is there to support both so nothign really to worry about.

And like everyone says, the creative teams are there and most of the time can get the jobe done, probe of that was that Michaels Hayes and Vince were supposed to have 20 min meetings to review Smackdown and Most of the time Smackdown is the best written show of all 3 for the most part.
