Is this how Vickie gets fired?

I'm watching RAW and Matt Hardy said that he filed a formal protest with the WWE because Vickie is making him wrestle with a broken hand. So heres my question,

If Matt becomes injured worse then he already is, cant Vickie be fired for putting him in matches?

IF this was a direction they're going (Vickie fired) then...yes this could be a reason. But I don't think she'll be fired, I don't think this is where they're going. I think Matt will wrestle until it heals, then fake the injury for a few weeks until he's found out. Why?

As a heel, if his injury gets worse (either kayfabe or real) it draws sympathy (fake or real).

And remember...if he legitimately worsens his injury, it's not really Vickie's fault since she is a storyline GM. REAL ramifications go to whoever continued the storyline backstage.

Vickie isnt going anywhere, especially when she is a heel and another heel is mad at her. Never mind her husbands arch enemy!!! Its just Matt Hardy moulding into his new whiny heel character.

YEARS left? I think not. I'll give her until Survivor Series this year to be off of Raw. She can't talk, and her gimmick is running stale. Sure she gets an enormous amount of heat, but her delivery on the mic isn't that good and to be honest, she lost all of her venom without Edge. With Edge, at least there was a logical reason behind her decisions. What does she have now?

She can generate heel heat like nobody's business, but only because she's just a big huge beyotch, which is why I think she makes shitty/biased decisions on RAW. I think at most, she might be able to make it past Wrestlemania, but not much further after that. This thing with Matt Hardy is not about Vickie at all, it's all about him and building up his character. I think we're going to see a big build up before Vickie is dethroned, I think maybe we'll see a feud between her and another general manager candidate and her before survivor series, and a team of her choosing vs. his/her team to compete for GM on RAW, with the new guy/girl winning out.

In the world of WWE it would not get her fired. May I remind you that in Kayfabe she can basically do what she wants, she made John Cena wrestle The Miz in an exhibition match even though he wasn't medically cleared by the doctors.

So this really isn't any different, Matt does not have an excuse like that he is not medically cleared, all he has a broken hand and he hasn't said anything about his doctors telling him he shouldn't wrestle. So if she can make a guy that is not medically cleared to wrestle according to the storyline then why shouldn't she be able to make anyone wrestler.

So, no i don't think this is the way she gets fired. But it is interesting to see if it leads to anything, maybe there's a possibility that Matt will try to get her fired kind of like how Carlito tried to do with Teddy Long a few years ago.

I don't think that she is going to get fired at all. Vickie is very injury prone, she's been in a wheelchair like 84 times since she joined the WWE. I'm guessing Big Show will get pissed whenver he doesn't win the title, and will give her a choke slam/cobra clutch combo, putting her out of action for good.

Being a GM is usually a short term job anyway. Just look at the last couple of Raw GMs, Regal, Coachman, Adamle. 2 of those guys aren't in the company anymore and the other is a midcard wrestler. Vickie has been useful, but her gimmick doesn't really have anywhere else to guy, especially without Edge. I give her 6 months tops.

Mabye this storyline is a branch in the tree. A storyline where she'll start abusing her power and the BoD will give her warnings, yet she countinues to abuse it. Like Kurt Angle in SD! when he started to abuse his power by firing commentators, announcers, divas... Mabye the Matt Hardy thing is the first step.
I hoping this, because I appear to be one of the few people on here who can't stand her! Seriously, whenever she comes out with the EXCUSE ME!!! I hope some guy in the crowd will throw a blunt object at her. Sure she can get heat, but when she talks her voice is muffled, she'd be in a wheel chair for an ear infection, she can't even pronounce the name of her champion properly, Randy Or'on. And you can argue 'it's her gimmick', but it's probably the worst gimmick since Shockmaster. Being in a wheel chair over and over is getting WAY too old...
The reason why you guys like her is because she draws heat. But so did Adamle, dare I say it, I'd think I perfer him right now...

This would be a horrible way to fire Guerrero. They could come up with a much better reason, I'm sure. Especially considering Hardy is using the cast to his advantage. If he got Vickie fired over it, common sense would dictate that he would take some time off and come back without the cast. Only thing is, if he's a smart heel, he would keep it and start knocking people out. Sorta like he's been doing, and Bob Orton did before him.

Vickie could be fired for so many more reasons, like compromising the position of GM by marrying one of her wrestlers and then having an affair with another wrestler, blatantly working the title picture in favor of her husband, and making Cena wrestle despite the fact that he wasn't medically cleared to wrestle. They could do so much better, this would be a complete and utter waste of a firing angle.
