He needs a new gimmick. The current one he has is stale, and it isnt over. He will released before The Royal Rumble at this rate.

So last night I had an idea for him, he could reform the Nexus. But make them.. A revolution. Make them angry rookie's wanting to get noticed and make them dominate.

But have Barrett turn into "Dancing" Wade Barrett. Complete with Aviator shades and Micheal Jackson's thriller jacket. This could be huge!

And you could have him fued with Sheamus, who is now known as "Sheamus"
Have him take shot the head, when he wakes up.. he think's he's a giant leprechaun, wearing clothes exact like Hornswoggle did when he first debuted. BUT, They need to be several sizes to small for him so his mobility is very limited due to how tight they are !

Imagine having those two battle for the World Title, I would love this.

Barrett DOES NOT NEED A CHARACTER CHANGE!!!! He is awesome the way he is. Not everyone gets over right away...there is this wonderful thing called TIME. As far as a new Nexus group...NO!

Im not even going to comment on Sheamus.
