By order of Vance Bateman, all singles matches involving the Mayhem Champion must be hardcore rules, for the title. However, due to the unique circumstances at Civil Revolution, specifically, the already scheduled defense of the title by Drake Callahan in a brutal Juggalo Death Match, and his second match of the evening, Vance Bateman has declared that the EurAsian Championship match scheduled between Drake Callahan and Ty Burna will NOT be contested under hardcore rules, nor will the Mayhem Championship be at stake.
