McMahon was campaigning at the Harvard-Yale college football game this weekend when she was asked whether Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the "mastermind" behind the 9/11 attacks in New York, should be tried in a federal court or military court. McMahon reportedly shrugged off the question and said, "I'll probably have more firm policy statements after the first of the year."
