Well, you know those frozen pancakes that ya stick in the microwave. Awhile back I cooked one up. There wasn't a box in the freezer, just the pancakes, so I estimated it'd be about 2 minutes to cook. Well, I go into another room, and start smelling smoke. My entire kitchen is filled with smoke, it smelled like a fire. After taking about the pure black disc in the microwave, I found out from a friend that you're only supposed to put the damn things in for 30 seconds.

I did the same thing with noodles when I was younger. they are called 2 Minute Noodles for a reason. I accidentally pressed 20:00 instead of 2:00 and totally forgot about them.......... luckily for me noodles don't seem to be flammable.

Those things are a great snack. Just open the package up and eat em like chips or something. They're addictive too! They'd be great for solders in War, or if you are hiking up a mountain.

Much like these noodles called "Mamee" they are open and eat, they are OK. Though the packet seems to only carry about 10 grams.

Tasty is right...KB...I would recommend if you have Home Ec in your school that the teacher sign a waiver of liability if you are going to take that class especially when it comes to anything involving the nuking or using a heat source.. either that, or the next time you are hungry, like the saying goes, kill hunger with a snickers...
