Negative. It was Comcast. I cancelled my service like a few days after, though, so it could just be messed up from that.

Nope, I talked to Comcast about it. Either they charged me and am unaware, or it's gotten lost in corporate abyssedness. I was like, "I should still be getting charged for some stuff, just not this other stuff (my bill said I was being charged for like a month that I didn't even have cable, plus the Rumble, plus 24/7). According to their records, they owe me a 7.50 credit
