I fell out of my chair, too. I was leaning back in it, playing Madden, when all of a sudden there was a loud CRACK, I go to say "What the fuck was that?!", but before I can even say "What the fuck-" I find myself on the floor. Turns out I had somehow managed to get it so that all my weight was leaning back on one wheel.
