Yes I know I did break the rules, but that's what I'm getting at here.

I had this as my bio for almost 2 years until last week when I changed it. I got this email earlier today. That's what grinds my gears. They had almost 2 years to ban me for it, but no. They decide to ban me AFTER I've changed it.

That's a real bummer man. But as you have already said you know you broke the rules. Whether or not you waited 2 years to change it to something a little more appropriate doesn't cancel the fact that you were suspended for inappropriate profile usage. Playing any kind of game or game console online has to have a form of maturity about it, because let's face it half the gaming population out there is children. Probably even more than half.

Waiting to just now suspend you over it does sound like a mistake they made on when to ban you, but still it wasn't a mistake to ban you period. They were just slow on the uptake. No worries though because like you said that's what? Temporary. Plenty to do in that time that you don't have to do Live. Don't let this setback get to you.

Every Xbox 360 console comes with three free one month trial periods to use Xbox Live. Simply use another email and make a second account, what's the big deal?

Wow! That seems a little stupid on both counts, really.

Firstly, I have no idea why in the Hell Microsoft have banned you for that after having to years to fix it. To me, it seems as though some sort of verification is send from your XBOX Live account when you change some of the details on your account. That would explain why, after two years, this is just coming to the attention of the administration team of XBOX Live.

The other thing I can't believe is that you would put that in your bio. Personally, I have gone off playing on Live because it fucking sucks. It is for people who are too competitive for their own good and are foul-mouthed, imbeciles. for the most part. People curse and act aggressively as if they own the place and I just could not stand it any more. Your bio is not really the place to be putting that sort of stuff and only acts to perpetuate the belief that XBOX Live is filled with 12 year olds acting like men.
