How to view reputation remarks?

It's not viewable through the user's profile. I'm just curious to see what people write about reputations given, and I'm also curious to see what reputations are given to others.

How do I actually access that?

You can only view your own reputation comments, via the User CP. It's not possible the view others comments.

That's change recently, right? I know you used to be able to, that's actually how I ended up finding some of the more interesting threads I've posted on, was following links from other peoples rep comments.

this goes along with a question I had: is there anyway to view WHO gave you the reputation?

Yeah it tells you next to your reputation who gave it, it's just before the comment box.
