How Long Until Raven Joins Immortal?

With Jeff Hardy and Abyss now the resident "dark side" gimmicks in TNA, you have to think it's only a matter of time before Raven joins them. It reminds me of WCW when Vampiro and ICP became the "it" crew for the goth/dark look and Raven eventually joined up with them. Not only does it fit Bischoff and Russo's style, but it would actually make for a decent step in the feud with EV2 if they have a traitor (which certainly has been teased enough already). I know Raven's not a huge draw at this point and will probably be little more than a fill-in lackey for Immortal, but do you all see it going down as I do?

Raven, Immortal? No. Not in the least. I'm surprised Raven even aligned himself with EV2.0, but I'm not surprised seeing as he's always looked for himself even while with a stable. Why would he change sides?

They could play on the idea that Raven was a champion back when wrestling mattered.

But what I could really see happening is Raven mind screwing Hardy and Abyss once they are discontent being second fiddle to Hogan. And somehow luring them away from immortal.

Hopefully he doesnt Immortal is already very big with Jeff*2, Abyss, EB, The Heel Security guards, and Hogan. Plus fourtune which includes Flair, Kaz, AJ, Matt Morgan, Doug Williams, and Beer Money.

Really with the war against Fourtune only one month old i doubt he would be eager to join anyway. Unless this is the Guy who EB has been talking about when he tells RVD to watch his back.

I think there's a much better chance of Raven ODing on some sort of pain pills than there is of the hottest new faction taking in some insignicant, washed up wrestler.

Isn't Immortal full enough already? Hulkster, Bischoff, Hardy, Abyss and all of Fortune, to an extent. If you want to add anyone, make it Rob Terry. He needs something to do.

I think it would be OK if Raven joined Immortal.

Considering he's usually a heel and has been heel most of his career it wouldn't come as a shock to me. But what if he was working as a double agent. He could be working for EV2 by join Immortal and then telling EV2 when they were going to gang up on a member.

Who says he will join Immortal? Just imagine if its not him and hes just being accused. Imagine if the real culprit is Dreamer or Sabu. Or even better what if EV2 all have been bought off(minus RVD) and join immortal /Fourtune but there making you think its just 1 star. TNA are all about swerves atm and just like Jeff they like to make the iwc think its 1 star then bam hit you with the “You never seen that coming did ya” line.

Apart from a role as Jeff Hardy's mentor/manager, I cannot see a role for Raven in Immortal, as much as I love the guy.

He is not a big enough name any more to make an impact as part of the faction tbh, and is really past his best now

Raven is the opposite of what Immortal wants. He is dark and can play a great heel, but he is the reason that Fortune joined with Immortal in the first place. As long as he represents EV 2 and the old extreme wrestlers taking money away from the young guys, I don't think the Immortals will let him join. It could happen, but they are too full as it is. I would expect to see members leaving Immortal rather than joining them.

I don't think Raven will join Immortal. Doesn't fit with what they have. TNA really wants to so something strange put Tommy Dreamer in Immortal.

I think this might make more sense because no one would see this coming.

Immortal is not a "goth" group, despite having Abyss and Jeff Hardy (who could be argued as "goth" characters), so why would Raven join simply because those two look similar to him?

This makes no sense. Raven is not a major player in any story line right now — him joining Immortal would be senseless as far as I'm concerned, or at least be senseless in that it makes little sense outside of the fact he's a "dark" character, too.

I don't that Raven will be joining the Immortals just because Raven's character may be similar to what Hardy is doesn't mean that Raven should join Immortal and I don't think Raven will join Immortal. Raven joining would not make much sense so I don't see it happening.

Hell no. Raven must stay the fuck away. There is no reason for Raven to join, not a one. Keep him the fuck out of it. He will do nothing to progress Immortal's story or help the arc.
