House maintenance question

So, a few bats have decided to shack up in my attic over the past couple weeks, does anyone know a non-lethal way to get rid of them?

I don't want to have them killed or anything, but the squeaking and moving around at night/in the early morning hours has annoyed me when I try to sleep.
