Hell yah!

well, let me put the question one more time.
"Why Hiroshi Tanahashi is not in WWE or TNA?"

i mean this has been ridiculous, most of the wrestling fans know what Tanahashi is. He perhaps the most well known wrestler in world apart from them who wrestle in WWE or TNA. Plenty of former and current wrestlers like Kevin-nash, kurt angle, sting, lesnar, dudley boys and even the HBK Shawn Micheals has said that Tanahashi has the style, karisma, moves and expression to become one of the greatest. The Great Muta once said that he is the next Great One. He is truely amazing then why he is not in WWE or TNA. Dont tell me that because he is from japan, and japanese wrestlers are not used well in America. This is totaly wrong conception. Takeshi morishima, great muta, kabuki, kobayashi, and many other japanese wrestlers had been the world champions in America. I want the reasons which can convince me. So guys, tell me what can be the matter.
.....

TNA doesn't have the money, and it's smart for them not to bother with bringing in a Japanese star. WWE doesn't have the huge market opportunities in Japan like they do in say India or Mexico. I think Tanahashi could be great for sure, but it's not a great time for him to go to America, besides perhaps RoH. And RoH has a working relationship with Pro Wrestling NOAH right now, so he's in the wrong company. But good question.

First of all, he has been in TNA already. He came in through their partnership with New Japan several years ago, and they treated him like a total jobber nobody. He had one good little short match with AJ Styles, but that was about it. Just like the rest of the foreign talent the company brings in, they didn't really have any plans for him outside of curtain-jerking jobber duty. And frankly for a guy as talented as Tanahashi and in the prime of his career, why the fuck would you want to waste your time jobbing to Crimson and Rob Terry when you could be in your native country as one of the top draws in the entire country, constantly in the world title picture of every company he works?

And the WWE....well they don't really give a fuck about Japanese wrestling or strong style whatsoever. The odds of Tanahashi ending up there are so slim I would be hard pressed to believe it if it actually did happen. Who knows with the recent signings of guys like Mistico and Averno, but I just don't see them extending into the Japanese heavyweights territory for talent anytime soon.

Tanahashi is fine where he is, being pretty much the best young wrestler in Japan today. He doesn't need TNA or WWE and they wouldn't know what to do with him in all likelihood anyways.

If I were to guess, I'd say it's loyalty.

Like you said... he is the biggest wrestling star in Japan right now. Without Tanahashi, Japanese pro wrestling, which is already suffering, would take a HUGE blow.

Japanese people are very loyal to their country, and I just can't see Tanahashi leaving Japan in the state it is in now, especially now with the Earthquake a few months ago and Japan still recovering from that.

Misawa is gone, Mutoh is gone, Kobashi is basically gone... Tanahashi and Nakamura are the two draws left in the Heavyweight Division, and Puro would take a devastating hit if either of them abandoned the sport for America, especially if it was Tanahashi.

I would love Hiroshi to be a big star in WWE or TNA but let's be realistic. I don't think he can speak english well or at all. WWE and TNA have a terrible track record for pushing Japanese stars.

His wrestling style does not fit WWE's and he already did a quick tour of TNA where Russo had nothing for him and he was put in a tag team with Volador Jr, a Lucha guy.

If anywheer it would TNA as they have a working agreement, and Kurt Angle (who dropped the IWGP title to him) would have to use his backstage clout to give him any sort of push.

Right now TNA has guys like AJ on the outskirts of the Main Event, I'm not sure if they have any room for Tanahashi who is basically a Japanese AJ...
