Either Demolition or Harlem Heat
Donald Trump as a celebrity inductee

Probably will be. If HHH retires right around next year, I don't think he will be inducted next year but at WM 29. Depending if Foley is still in TNA or not, I can easily see him being the headliner for WM 30.

Barry Windham - To be inducted by Husky Harris and IRS Man
Brian Pillman - Former tag partner Steve Austin or his family
Billy Robinson - Wade Barret period.

VKM won't get in while he's alive. He's pretty much stated he's not going in if it's up to him.

I'd guess the Rock is going in as the headliner.
Ron Simmons is a fucking lock in Miami.
Arn Anderson is going in at some point.
Demolition better fucking get in, but it's doubtful given their current relationship with the E.
Sable, Trish or Lita are all likely to go in, but which one is first? I honestly think they'll save Sable as a golden Carrot to get Lesnar involved at some point down the road.

If Vince is able to do so, I'm betting he wants Rock inducted at WM 29, if only to have Rock involved with Mania three years in a row. But, I can easily see Rock being the headliner.

Other options: Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage, Mick Foley, Sting, or even Kevin Nash (yes, he can headline his own class).
