Watched both episodes so far. It's good, though Topanga is pretty much a background character. Corey is featured, but they made it seem like Mr. Feeney is dead, even though he has a cameo at the end of the first episode.

It's pretty fun so far, though the son is annoying as shit in a way the little sister in the original never managed. Topanga needs more screen time, especially in contrast to Cory since he's the teacher/authority of the two so far.

I've really liked it so far. I agree Topanga needs a bigger role but other than that I've been alright with everything. Really looking forward to the episode with Shawn whenever they air that.
Also hoping they convince Eric to return for Season 2 as I feel he should be mentioned at some point.

I've seen the 1st 3 episodes and so far I've been pleasantly surprised. In a way it just feels like watching Boy Meets World with a 2014 upgrade, its familiar but different.
I agree Topanga should have a bigger role but at the same time they've used that time developing all the characters you're not familiar with so in that sense I'm ok with it. However down the road I'm expecting to see Topanga to take a bigger role in some episodes.
For a kids show that I didn't have much expectations for I've liked it, their storylines have been fairly good (I especially liked the class project without technology episode) and much like Boy Meets World the main characters have depth to them. Any fans of Boy Meets World I would recommend giving it a shot.

Loving it so far. Those kids are talented actors, they've really captured the characters of Cory, Shawn and Minkus. Farkle is my favourite, he's hilarious. I loved the second episode - teenagers these days need to learn there's a life beyond technology. I'm always seeing kids, where I live, on their mobile phones a lot.
I've seen the pilot and the first two episodes and I've enjoyed it. I think the cast is really good.
They stuck with the classroom lessons becoming life lessons which I'm glad to see.
I was somewhat worried that being on Disney it was going to be another overly cheesy show but it hasn't worked out that way.
Anyone who is or was a fan of Boy Meets World will probably enjoy it while the new generation of kids can have something they can relate to.

I've enjoyed it so far, pretty good show I think and I'm looking forward to where it goes. I like a few others had worries about it since it was on Disney but they seem to be doing a good job so far and I hope they don't mess it up down the road. Can't wait for Shawn to show up and see if he's still the same as he was in Boy Meets World.
I hated the pilot (outside of the ending with Mr. Fenny), thought the 2nd episode was a big improvement, then just lost interests during the next two or three episodes after that. Then I saw on Twitter that Harley Keiner was making an appearance last week so I had to check out that episode and I really, really dug it. That was easily the best episode from what I've seen so far.
If they stuck more towards drama and kept the humor lighthearted instead of extra goofy/over-the-top shit, I could really like the show.

Yeah this last one was good. The episodes with Shawn coming up are going to be big. Also does it seem like Maya steals every scene she's in?

I've been enjoying the show a lot. Maya has a lot of depth to her and is the most interesting character so far. The Halloween one did nothing for me but as for the rest, they've been good.
I still need to see the one with Harley but I'm dying to see the ones with Shawn. I saw a teaser picture with Shawn talking to Maya and I hope it's not revealing he's her father. As much as I wanted that at first, I don't wanna see them turn Shawn into a deadbeat dad.

That's my general feeling on Halloween shows. It was okay for what it was but yeah nothing to get to excited about.

Also I like the interactions between Auggie and Topanga, but they do need more between Topanga and Riley as well as Cory and Auggie.

That line made the episode perfect. It was probably the best episode yet and it was fitting for Cory to talk to the lunch lady considering he was close to his first lunch lady and always talked to her.
I think I remember hearing Harley does another episode later in the season, can't wait for that if so but this series is getting better by the episode.
I'm glad the lunch lady didn't have to die in order for students to appreciate her like the lunch lady in Boy Meets World.
Although given this is on Disney channel I'd imagine that was never even a consideration.

Boy Meets World is my favorite sitcom ever. Girl Meets World has done the series justice. The Shawn episode was perfect. While Cory and Topanga's lives are complete, Shawn is still wandering in the wilderness. He hasn't changed since 1993; this series is an opportunity for Shawn to find closure.
I'm equally excited to see what Mr. Squirrels is up to!

I LOVED this weeks episode. Shawn was great in it and I love the dynamic being set up with him and Maya already. I look forward to seeing him and Josh as major parts of Season 2. But I'm dying to see more Eric and Feeny.

Best episode so far in the series. I know that everyone's favorite part was probably any scene with Shawn. But for me, the scene when Farkle showed up killed me. That was such a hilarious bit. Good to see that Shawn's gonna be more of a regular. For a spin-off, this is pretty good. You gotta admit that.
